The pool at The National is like a work of art and the service and care you are shown, especially by Roberta and Randall, is top notch. I never had to lift a finger and was able to really relax and enjoy the sun. Roberta was very attentive and the food was spectacular. Randall, with a smile to light up a room, was kind, friendly and so helpful - making us feel immediately welcome!

Having a great time - pool is awesome, especially with Randall and Roberta as your servers. Food is great - really loved the kale salad with chicken. The service is spectacular though - very attentive & want to make sure you don’t lift a finger!

We had an Amazing time at the National Hotel! We were there as a little getaway a couple and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel to spend it. Pool side is amazing with great food and ambiance! The rooms were tastefully decorated . A special Thanks to Daziel for taking such good care of us !;)

Fabulous time in the national hotel here in Miami, everything was perfect. The rooms were so tastefully decorated a real beautiful place to stay. The food and ,,drink was to die for and staff were very attentive and always happy to help. Such a relaxing , peaceful place in the day and comes alive at night. The cocktails in the blues bar were delicious. Will definitely be returning. Special thanks to the gems Daziel, jasmine and Jenifer for being so helpful , service with a smile xxx

This is the second time staying at the hotel. Wonderful attention, impeccable cleanliness of the room. I have a mention for the person who served us on the beach (Miguel), his excellent service, excellent treatment. All the people who work at the hotel are extremely wonderful!
