Hotel lobby is classic 1930’s with updated rooms & a newer annex with balcony rooms. Pool is delightful with a very warm pool Good food & lovely setting for breakfast & poolside lunch. The chair attendants are very attentive Randall, Jasmin, etc. The waitstaff at the pool couldn’t be more attentive…Roberta & Eric Thank you to Alejandra for taking care of an issue that arose. This was our 2nd stay at the National Hotel & we hope to return.

Daniel was very accommodating made me feel like part of the family. He is always in a great mood and that helps with the stay. The wait staff are very pleasant and professional I really I’m enjoying my stay at the national. One con are the cushions which made of vinyl which are around the pool so they get very hot during the Miami heat I would recommend a stay at the national and would return

My daughter and I love this hotel! We stumbled upon it last year after having a not so great experience at another hotel in the area. The staff is so nice and helpful. The rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. I couldn’t hear any neighbors like at some other hotels. The hotel is in a great location next to The Ritz Carlton. The main pool is fantastic if you are a swimmer and like to swim laps. It’s much longer than an Olympic size pool the beach area is also super nice. The food is great and I love the mellow vibe music st the pool. Daziel, Roberta and Jenna at the pool were exceptional. I highly recommend the National Hotel.

Stayed at the National and experience was perfect as always. Room was clean and very stylish and updated. Lots of food options onsite. Service from Randall and Daziel at the pool was impressive. Very attentive and quick finding chairs and placing towels to save spot. They checked back to see if we needed anything and reposition our umbrella for optimal shade. Bar staff was fantastic also. Great experience as always. Added plus adult only resort!

The pool at The National is like a work of art and the service and care you are shown, especially by Roberta and Randall, is top notch. I never had to lift a finger and was able to really relax and enjoy the sun. Roberta was very attentive and the food was spectacular. Randall, with a smile to light up a room, was kind, friendly and so helpful - making us feel immediately welcome!
