Another great experience!
I am a regular at this property, mostly because of Alexis M. She goes out of her way to make you sure my family has a great experience. This time I rented a cabana and it was worth it. The team at the pool was also great. The drinks and food by the pool were on point.

What an amazing team and experience
I came here with my now fiance to get engaged and celebrate over a vacation. From the week before I arrived Alexis the VIP manager was absolutely amazing and made our trip so special and went above and beyond in every possible way. From the beautiful handwritten note to the lovely bottle of prosecco and the beach cabana she was just amazing as were the rest of the staff including Isaac and his team on the beach and Belen who was an absolute star and looked after us so well

Charvens on the beach
Charvens was very helpful he made sure That we had everything that we needed thanks to him everyday was an amazing day at the beach. The food is good so are the drinks to notch service on the beach room are comfortable nice vibes on the pool 5 star

Great day pass experience!
Hotel facilities are great, the vibes are immaculate and a special mention to Juan who made sure my visit was enjoyable and kept checking in to see if I needed anything while I hung out by the pool. He was really great! Would come back again and for sure recommend to others.

Always amazing experience at the Sonesta Nautilus!
We just completed our annual visit to the Nautilus and had an amazing experience. The staff at the Nautilus are truly a delight. We especially love the concierge, Alexis Margulies, who always goes out of her way to make sure our experience is top notch. Mike at the cocktail bar is also great and is one of the best/most friendly bartenders we have met. Overall the hotel is great. We love the comfortable beds and easy access to the beach. We can’t wait for our next visit!
