Beds are so uncomfortable
The beds are so hard and uncomfortable I could never stay here again. I lived at a Residence Inn for 4 months after a fire and would recommend their beds over the Palms - that says something. We had awful service (or no service really) at the beach. Never brought over the chair covers they were out of when we arrived as promised and the server in our section was not in any hurry. The server in the section next to us had all his people taken care of. We saw our server 1 time in an hour. Gabriel in the bell hop area was the best employee they have and really pay that man whatever it takes to keep him, he was so friendly and wonderful. Took everything out of our car, held it until the room was ready, and then brought it up for us. We had a lot of luggage with 5 people and it didnt phase him at all. He was the highlight of our stay. He was exactly the same when we were leaving. Tiki bar at the pool was great and overall the esthetic of the place is beautiful. However there are lots of hotels at that luxury price point in Miami Beach, so pick one where you can get rest on good mattresses!!

Beautiful experience
Our whole experience at the Palms Hotel and Spa in Miami was above and beyond and it was made even better thanks to Fred,the bellhop. He was incredibly attentive , thoughtful and genuinely kind, always making sure we had everything we needed. Fred took such great care of us and made us feel truly welcome from the start to finish. His outstanding service and warm demeanor left a lasting impression, and he is without a doubt a huge asset to the hotel. We can’t thank him enough

Food poisoning and no apology or anything from management.
Terrible experience, we got food poisoning and the hotel refused to do anything, not even refund the money from the contaminated meal. The management does not care at all.

Don't Hesitate
I was completely content with our stay at the Palms. It had everything we needed. Clean rooms, beach service, pool service, bar, restaurant, convenience. But the real winner was the staff. Everyone to a "T" was so polite, kind, helpful. I wondered how this was permeated throughout the entire property. I can't think of a thing bad to say except the handheld shower head didn't work. I also loved the commitment to sustainability. Thank you, Palms, for a great family vacation.

Amazing Customer Service
Fred was an absolute wonderful Attendant! He was very knowledgeable about the history of the Hotel and Miami. Although we are local, we don't always have an opportunity to tour. It was a pleasure to have great Customer Service! Thanks Fred! The Hotel is so clean, crisp, and spotless! I'd definitely visit again.
