Miami Beach Stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

The location, beach and hotel is just perfect. The grounds and pool is beautiful. The only issue is the parking. It’s $50/day for parking +$50 daily resort fee. I wish they included on of those fees in the nightly rates. I also wished they included bottled water, coffee or some light breakfast but it’s all Ala-carte. Other than this, it’s perfect! There is a public parking garage 20 mins walking distance. Miami Beach Parking Garage (G6). 400 W 42 St, Miami Beach, FL 33140

🌴 5 Stars – A True Hidden Gem in Miami! 🌴

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

The Palms Hotel & Spa is truly unlike any other resort in Miami — it feels like you’ve escaped to a peaceful, all-inclusive island paradise right in the middle of the city. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the lush tropical setting, tranquil atmosphere, and how magical everything felt. We stayed here for our babymoon, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The resort is so quiet and relaxing, it gave us exactly the kind of calm, restorative vibe we were hoping for before baby arrives. The service was outstanding — everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. We also really appreciated the sustainability efforts throughout the property, from eco-conscious amenities to locally sourced ingredients. Speaking of which — the food was incredible. Every meal felt like a treat, and it was clear how much thought and care goes into their menus. If you’re looking for something elevated, serene, and refreshingly unique in Miami, The Palms is it.

Bad customer service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

The customer service was not good, the front desk was mean and not helpful. We were trying to book a room hy walkin and it was past midnight. The lady should have been helping us to book the room by being polite and kind instead she was showing attitude as if we were booking some cheap room. We paid more than $400 for a room just for few hours during the night and checked out at morning. At morning we had some questions regarding our reservation and we asked hotel concierge guy to check. The way he was talking and behaving felt rude and racist I will never book a stay at The Palms again

Lush Old Florida with modern touch.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

I loved the Old Florida feel to this hotel, rather Bahamian with all the lush foliage inside and outside. Yet very modern and peaceful with music playing throughout the hotel that felt very exotic. I previously stayed at the Fountainbleu but I enjoyed this stay so much more that I intend to return. Service and staff were excellent. Had stayed the week before at The Diplomat in Hollywood Fl. and the customer service at The Palm far exceeded that hotel.
