The Palms Hotel and Spa for the win!
As soon as I stepped out the Lyft, Fred welcomed us and asked if he could handle our bags. He was professional, attentive, and easy-going. Bags were delivered on time and he gave us great advice on where to eat and how to enjoy our time in Miami. I’ve learned that how something starts initially is usually how it ends. This trip started off with a bang, Thanks Fred!

No motorcycle parking
Came on a CVO Harley Trike. Bellman said I cannot stop there. Told him I was checking in and still insited. Asked where to park and said find a spot on the road. I asked for the manager and was told he was not there. Then proceeded into the lobby to talk with manager of hotel. He said that the valet service does not cover insurance for my Harley and had to find my own parking. Is there anything he can do and he said did you call our hotel to check if motorcycle could park. I told him I have stayed in NYC and Chicago and never had a problem parking at hotels there. He then said again did I call the hotel to check. I said again no. He had no empathy and that was his only response after many questions I had. I am a 2mil milier with Delta and never had a manager speak like that. I then parked in timed parking area with an app that I had to update every 3 hours till 3am.

The best hotel in Miami Beach!!!
The Palms Hotel and Spa exceeded our expectations!!! Stayed here for my husband's birthday and he was beyond impressed. Many kudos to the hotel management with friendly staff and an overall great experience. This hotel is super clean and I love the eco-friendliness of it. My husband enjoyed his spa experience, the pool and the pool bar was super amazing, the hotel grounds and amenities were amazing!!! There's not one bad thing - the GREAT thing about this hotel is that we are excited to say we will back to stay again and recommend to anyone traveling to the area!!

great stay. Traffic is epic.
This hotel is perfect. It's large enough to offer every amenity you want, like a nice private pool and beach area, pool bar, restaurant, and lounge. It is small enough to offer exceptional personalized service. It is classy and refined. Choose your hotel wisely because you will spend a lot of time there..... Beware the traffic is on another level and you cannot easily visit other parts of the city like Bal Harbor or Little Havana. We waited 40 minutes for an Uber ride to arrive and it took us another 30 min to drive us 2 miles down to the Art Deco district. It's just too hard to get anywhere.

What more could you ask for?
Beautiful hotel, tastefully restored and calm. Seconds from the beach but quiet. Clean room, comfy bed. Great food at the restaurant. What more could you ask for?
