Turned my sad holiday into a marvelous one
This was a very last minute reservation and I’m SO HAPPY with my choice. The Palms hotel and Spa is marvelous, staff is great, food is delicious, and they are so CLEAN! Clean, clean, clean!!!!! Service is top notch! A big thank you to everyone who helped my very “almost doomed to be sad” holiday turning into a very enjoyable experience. My kids loved the pool, attentions staff all around. Love it, recomendo, and I’ll be back!

Perfect Thanksgiving
Perfect location, 20 min from Miami International airport. The hotel is in lovely colonials style; rooms are brand new (at least it feels this way ). The service/staff at the reception, the restaurant, the bar, pool, spa and the beach was AMAZING! Definitely above expectations!

Kathleen and Andrea Rock!
Kathleen and Andrea were the best bartenders at the tiki bar of the Palms Hotel & Spa. They made us feel like family from the second we arrived until the second we left. The drinks were top notch and the food was excellent. Both bartenders were extremely generous and loving to my husband and I and our children. We cannot wait to come back! Service like we had is the reason we keep coming back. Thank you! 5 stars all around!!

A great place to soak in the sun and recharge your batteries
My sister had been to the property before and liked it because it's relatively low key. The oceanfront view from the room was spectacular. The beach is really nice. Order a passion fruit daquiri! The wait staff throughout are very friendly. Don't plan on using the cramped gym unless you are going to use it when no one else is in there. Be aware that for the two weeks before Art Basel, they construct a giant pavillion right next to the property on the beach, which generates noise. Also the cabanas, mostly unused, blocking the view from the beach are annyoing.
