Mike Lopez Made Our Stay Special
We had a great stay at The Palms Hotel & Spa and wanted to share a quick review, especially to recognize someone who truly stood out. The hotel itself is exactly what you would hope for in Miami Beach, clean, well maintained, and in a fantastic location right on the ocean. The property has a relaxed, tropical feel that makes it easy to unwind, and everything from the rooms to the beach setup ran smoothly during our stay. Overall, it was a really positive experience for our family. That said, the highlight for us was Mike Lopez. From the moment we arrived, Mike went above and beyond to take care of my wife and kids. He made getting set up on the beach effortless, always checked in to make sure we had what we needed, and did it all with a genuine smile. Every time we passed him in the hallways, he would say hello and make us feel like more than just another room number. It is one thing to have good service, it is another to have someone who clearly takes pride in making guests feel welcome. Mike brought that extra level of warmth and attentiveness that really makes a difference, especially when traveling with family. The Palms is a great hotel, but people like Mike are what turn a good stay into a memorable one. We truly appreciated him and would absolutely come back.

Excellent choice for a luxury hotel in Miami Beach.
The palms is a great hotel all around. It is a beautiful hotel, it is technologically current, which enhances the ease of use of the rooms and services. It has beautiful grounds and foliage creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The service is impeccable throughout the entire grounds, the staff is very helpful and pleasant, and gives over the vibe of being happy to serve you. Specifically Dennis at the check in desk was so friendly, kind, easy to interact with and helpful, and he enhanced my check in process. I appreciated his thoroughness. Melinda at check out was great too, also kind, sweet, easy and helpful. I highly recommend The Palms to anyone looking for a luxury infused getaway. It met all my getaway/relaxation needs. Looking forward to going back again another time!

Good experience
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and the amenities provided made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. A special mention to Fred, who helped us with our luggage and made sure it was safely delivered to our room. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Thank you, Fred, for the outstanding service!

Wonderful hotel
The hotel is lovely and the staff is so accommodating! Fred showed me around the grounds so I could take a nice walk before I headed back to the airport. Will definitely return!
