Great hotel in Miami Beach
We had a great time at The Palms...starting with the booking experience. Jonathan in reservations was so helpful when I called to get pricing/availability for rooms. Five couples stayed at the hotel and booked rooms. The hotel has a great cancellation policy in case a hurricane comes along when you're trip is booked. We arrived on an early flight and luckily our room was ready (just had to wait ~1.5 hours) earlier than the typical check in time. The hotel has a Cuban vibe in the lobby. There was plenty of seating. The bar was nice. The outdoor area was so pretty...very tropical (think lots of greenery, beautiful flowers, and lizards). The weather wasn't great while we were there, but we did sit out at the beach and get in the water our first day. So nice that someone helps you put towels on your chairs. There was bar service at our chairs too. There was a pool bar and lots of seating at the pool. The hotel had "fruit" water stations in the lobby and by the pool. They even had free pumps of sunscreen at the towel check out station. There was an Aveda spa that our friend used and said was great. The staff was all so nice! Very friendly bellmen. There was a grocery store/market a short walk from the hotel, which was nice to grab a few things. There was also a really cute breakfast/lunch/casual dinner spot (Be Bakery) a short walk from the hotel. We had breakfast there every morning. Uber rides to restaurants and places we wanted to go were very reasonable (think $10) because everything was so close. Very easy to get Ubers there. We had a great view from our room of the ocean (9th floor). The room was clean and had everything we needed. Besides having very little counter space in the bathroom, there was really nothing wrong with this hotel at all. I'd definitely stay there again. We had a great experience.

Beautiful Hotel and Excellent Service
Excellent location and amazing staff! The loungers and umbrellas on the beach are perfect a relaxing day. All the staff is kind and helpful. Rooms were clean. This is our second time staying at The Palms and we will definitely return!

Beautiful beach stay
Great beach trip with the girls. First time visiting Miami and I was not disappointed! Beach was nicely groomed & clean, and outstanding service from Michael Lopez down at the beach. Quick service and great guy!!
