10/10 experience
My friend and I had an amazing experience at The Palm for my birthday trip. I forgot the gentleman’s name who helped us upon arrival with our bags but he was pleasant, quick, and helpful. When leaving our trip, Freddy and Dax were very helpful as well and a pleasure to talk to. As girls with a lot of bags, it is an enormous plus to have help take care of bringing them in and out and up to the room. Our belongings were safe and so were we. Rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel smells amazing and the pool area was gorgeous and spacious!

Chilling at the Palms!
Everything was great, everyone was wonderful. Fred, Ricardo and Jorge were excellent! I will definitely come back here my next visit to Miami Beach!
