I just want to say that Palms Hotel Spa is awesome. Mr Mike Lopez has been a great host and guide for me and my husband at the beach hotel!! He is kind, welcoming, and very helpful with the tourists!!

Family, friendly service
I came to the beach with my baby boy this morning a little nervous because my husband is at the office today. but Michael Lopez in team took great care of us and we’re having a blast.

I will come here again. Awesome place. I love Miami and this hotel. I’m so lazy to write, but it’s really good hotel. Breakfast is awesome too. People also, work very hard and they help any time.

Nice hotel at Miami Beach
Nice hotel with a nice pool and lovely garden. People of the hotel were very helpful. Communication was fast and easy. We were there with all the family (15 to 79 years old), everybody was happy.

Superb hotel
Phenomenal stay. Christopher Mehmel helped massively ahead of our trip to make this a memorable 3 days in Miami for my family. The pool and food was top drawer. The staff attentive and we will be back. Thank you to all the team
