Amazing experience. Our room was great. Access to the beach is excellent, and all the service is exceptional. Shoutout to the concierge Martin who gave us some great recommendations for sightseeing and food options.

Great servie
Great hotel, but Martin on Concierge was excellent in his recommendations with the Ball and Chain in Little Havana being the perfect place to finish our holiday with a fun and vibrant atmosphere of Cuban music with live groups and people walking past joining in with the music. Amazing Mojitos and the food was great too. Also shout out to Peter who makes the best omlete, showing me how to make it perfectly when I get home - thanks very much!
