Welcoming and Helpful Staff
Fred was very welcoming and informative when we arrived and Leonardo was very helpful at the restaurant. Great location!

Extremely poor customer service. Very rude front desk. Don't go with elder.
I have been calling the Hotel for 3 days. Every ingle the same man answers, extremely rudely and asking me to call back at different times to check availability for early check in. I explained I'm traveling with an elderly person with medical needs and that if no availability to just tell me. Check in is at 3:00pm, he asked me to call at 12pm, I did. Then asked me to call back at 1pm, I did. And then he asked me to call again at 2pm. At this point I lost it and asked for the manager, named Louis, who in 5 minutes said there were rooms available and we could check in but was equally careless about me and my family because I was disrespectful to his employee. I asked if they record calls because he would easily see it was the other way around and his employee was the one brushing me off multiple times and unwilling to just check if there was availability. There would be no issues telling me no, but the unwillingness to check and the lack of empathy really disgusted me. If I could go to another Hotel I would do it without a doubt. Never again coming close to this place after this stay. Thanks God its a quick 2 days and out. I am a firm believer in Karma. What goes around, comes around. I take comfort knowing these people will get old too, and are bound to have their fair share of disrespect in their lives.

16 years later…
This was our last minute honeymoon spot 16 years ago. I had booked it through Priceline back then for an incredible deal on a whim, not knowing anything about Miami Beach or the hotel. Back then we had only stayed two nights and it was an incredible time. It was wonderful to finally be back on our anniversary and we stayed 4 nights . It was even more beautiful than we remembered. The service, the rooms, the beach, the pool the staff everything was top-notch. they say it’s the people that make a place and that’s holds very true with this place as the staff felt like family by the time I was leaving. Can’t wait to be back again, and will bring all my children . Staying anywhere else in Miami Beach would be a huge mistake. Much love from Maryland.

Beautiful views
Beautiful view, clean rooms and excellent staff. Highly recommend getting a pitcher at the bar instead of single drinks…it goes a long way. We had a late flight and had to wait in the lobby a few hours. Fred was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

My friend and I had an amazing experience at The Palm for my birthday trip. I forgot the gentleman’s name who helped us upon arrival with our bags but he was pleasant, quick, and helpful. When leaving our trip, Freddy and Dax were very helpful as well and a pleasure to talk to. As girls with a lot of bags, it is an enormous plus to have help take care of bringing them in and out and up to the room. Our belongings were safe and so were we. Rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel smells amazing and the pool area was gorgeous and spacious!
