Very nice hotel with beautiful common areas, very nice food and service. Something different about this hotel in comparison to others is that they offered for free sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The breakfast was also very tasty and well served. We also ordered a pizza in our room and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted in the US. It's worth trying. We had some trouble with Uber and Karina Jureko at the hotel Concierge was very lovely and helpful solving the problem. The gym at the hotel is pretty good with new machines and it has the essential gym equipments.

Nice and cozy hotel on the beach. Friendly staff and good service. Just a couple of minor points. The doors to the bathroom is not handy. If one person is coming in while you are getting out of the shower, the doors will collide. The bedside lighting is not easy to switch off if you're already in bed and the joining rooms are pretty noisy.

I stayed at this hotel attending a conference and I must say I was a bit shocked by two elements. The restaurant staff and housekeeping. So first they forgot to clean rooms ,suggestion,a system needs to be in place for them to know what is cleaned and what wasn't cleaned. The reason am putting it out in public is that it is unacceptable at the price per room. One pays that premium for a certain level of class and this was just not up there on this front.Majority of our colleagues who stayed had a similar experience so it needs urgent attention. Then the breakfast session, the spread is great and you have a wide choice on healthy breakfast. What I didn't appreciate is being served pineapple juice in a dirty glass.I am not sure why that happened or whether it was supposed to amuse me but I will not be partaking in that breakfast cause that is unacceptable.I mean the fact that my Omlette took so long by the time it arrived I was running late for my meeting. So I didn't have time to enjoy it.Then the servers who just run around and not note the orders and make sure food delivery is consistent with time of order .Maybe it was just that one server but she left a bitter taste in my mounts.Unacceptable really, if one packages their hotel at a premium rate,I expect premium service. The bar staff were on point as we had a cocktail evening and it was just an overall great experience on the beach. The conferencing people were on point and made sure we had all we needed on time every time.I was impressed by this service as it was aligned to my expectations. The porter service also try to go an extra mile which was highly appreciated. The concierge really gave good tips on things to do etc,and made our trip worthwhile. The rooms are spectacular although the in room usual complimentary water was not complimentary. The sea view room had proper furniture allowing one to enjoy the view. That was a bit strange and need to be revisited. However the bed was comfortable and all accessories available to make one feel comfortable. The decor is cleverly done and is not over the top but classy and simplistic. Overall my experience was fair ,I wasn't wowed, next year will book elsewhere cause I was too offended by that dirty, server attitude and housekeeping.

Everything was top notch about this hotel. Beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms/hotel with great facilities. Luis was very kind to upgrade our rooms and left us a welcome note and a special amenity providing a warm personal touch. Every staff member that we encountered was professional, eager to assist and absolute pleasure to deal with. Service was prompt and no request seemed to be too much of a trouble. I will definitely return with a heart beat. This hotel will be my second home when it's -35c in Montreal. Highly recommended!!

Great Beach and beautiful pool area--beer and food served on beach. Dinning in the hotel is expensive, better to eat out. Close to restaurants and shopping -- Great service and valet - be prepared to pay 30 for parking. Hotel is geared towards middle age to older travelers.
