Wonderful Resort
My partner and I had the best time at The Palms while visiting Miami Beach for the weekend—the atmosphere was great, you felt completely in a resort without being isolated from the city and the facilities were just perfect. Service was amazing at every corner and we had the most relaxing afternoon while Gabriela P. took care of us at the beach. Highly recommend!!

The Perfect Weekend
I absolutely loved the palms throughout my stay. The check in and check out process went perfect. The room had everything I needed and great turndown service, and the beach and pool staff were spectacular. Gabriella was a fantastic server at the beach and pool area. She was so accommodating, friendly, and warm that she made our stay all the better. Would definitely come back!

Great Weeked Trip
Hotel is really nice, pool area is great, the pool itself is heated. Hangout at the Tiki Bar by pool is a must, multiple TVs showing the World Cup games. Quick/easy access to the beach. And beach staff were all great! Mike who set up our cabanitas was so amazing, friendly, and super attentive.

Excellent time
Mike was our host at the beach and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times. Excellent service all around. The staff at hotel is amazing.

Fantastic stay will be back !
Just had a wonderful 5 day stay at this hotel . What can I say the staff , location , decor , food and beach side was all just fabulous . Can’t fault any of it as soon as you walk through the door it just is amazing . Have been to Miami a few times but this was my best stay . We came mainly for the football and I was fortunate to have a day to myself on the beach , was so chilled . Thank you and will be back
