Great hotel!
My stay at the palms hotel has been amazing. I came on a solo trip however I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area. The hotel is beautiful and the amenities really make it worth it. The pool and beach access is great. Mike Lopez at the beach was extremely helpful. Always ready to help me with my chair and umbrella which is included in the stay. Throughout my trip he checked on me to make sure I was having the best experience. My room was nice and perfect for me. It was easy to make an appointment at the spa too. The location is great for someone who doesn’t want to be in the heart of south beach but still wants to have walkable places nearby.

Wonderful
We were greeted by Fred the minute we pulled up. He was so friendly and showed us all around the hotel. He brought us to the pool bar and introduced us to all the staff, everyone was so welcoming. The grounds were absolutely stunning and well kept. The pool was delightful. We went to the beach and were set up with chairs and umbrellas. Our waiter Floriano was great, always checking in with us and bringing us lunch and drinks. We had a wonderful stay!

Loved all the employees at The Palms especially Fred! The staff couldn’t do enough for me and my three girlfriends! The hotel itself was absolutely stunning! Rooms were all so nice too! Heated pool was perfect with all the surrounding gardens. We will be back to stay again !

We were greeted by Fred when we arrived and he was so friendly and helpful, we appreciated his kindness. Everyone who worked there was lovely. Resort was beautiful, rooms were perfect. We loved our stay at the Palms..highly recommend

A lovely, comfortable, new high end hotel with private beach.
This is a lovely hotel, very comfortable with great staff. Thanks to Fred and Neptune who were very kind and helpful to us during our 6 day stay. Very nice food services, public areas, private beach and pool. We will come back!
