Wonderful Hotel on the Beach
The Palms is a beautiful hotel on the beach. The pool and beach attendants are proactive and very helpful. Fred at the main hotel entrance provides the best customer service, with a smile and helping hand!! Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Fred was amazing!
I always come to the palms I love the ocean view. I miss the talking parrots they were one of the main reasons I was here! Pool is nice also

Christmas 2025
Perfect hotel on Miami Beach. Clean, Safe, Beautiful grounds and beach. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. Hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas. Very relaxing, no loud music around the pool like other hotels in the area. If you are looking for a party hotel this is not for you.
