His service was outstanding, professional, and delivered with a warm attitude that truly makes a difference during the stay. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests’ experience. Lovely mother daughter stay
Lovely stay at The Palms. It was a very nice part of the beach to stay - a bit quieter, but still plenty of restaurants etc. nearby. Rooms were nice and well kept, grounds were great. Service was a high point – special shout out to Neptune and Fred for their help!
