Fantastic experience. Beautiful hotel and grounds. I like the boutique feel. The decor is classic south beach feel. The food at the restaurant and tiki bar were delicious. We absolutely recommend and will go back. The service was also excellent. From the staff at the front door, to the staff that took care of transporting our luggage, to the front desk, as well as the restaurant and bar staff

Nice facility. Room was nice and pool and beach were great. Fred the bellman was especially helpful and friendly. Very warm and friendly staff overall.

This was my fourth time staying at this resort. I was excited to take a new friend to experience it. This time the customer service was not like it used to be. We had to track down our luggage after we arrived because we were waiting in our room for 30 minutes and wanted to go to the pool. The inside restaurant bar was disappointing. The bar tenders were not attentive or friendly and the service was lacking. The beach and pool area were amazing as always and the servers out there were wonderful. The front desk ladies were so nice as well. I’d like to go back but may try another resort next time.

As soon as I stepped out the Lyft, Fred welcomed us and asked if he could handle our bags. He was professional, attentive, and easy-going. Bags were delivered on time and he gave us great advice on where to eat and how to enjoy our time in Miami. I’ve learned that how something starts initially is usually how it ends. This trip started off with a bang, Thanks Fred!

Came on a CVO Harley Trike. Bellman said I cannot stop there. Told him I was checking in and still insited. Asked where to park and said find a spot on the road. I asked for the manager and was told he was not there. Then proceeded into the lobby to talk with manager of hotel. He said that the valet service does not cover insurance for my Harley and had to find my own parking. Is there anything he can do and he said did you call our hotel to check if motorcycle could park. I told him I have stayed in NYC and Chicago and never had a problem parking at hotels there. He then said again did I call the hotel to check. I said again no. He had no empathy and that was his only response after many questions I had. I am a 2mil milier with Delta and never had a manager speak like that. I then parked in timed parking area with an app that I had to update every 3 hours till 3am.
