Great Annual Palms Stay - Shoutout Floriano and Mike Lopez
We enjoy this hotel and return annually. We especially enjoy sitting at the beach and taking advantage of the food & drink service through the tiki bar. Floriano was our man on drinks and food and he was great with prompt service, regular check-ins, and a friendly attitude. Mike Lopez managed our umbrella and chairs, and we are especially grateful for his hard work and for watching out for our safety - our umbrella had some issues with securement and he took care of everything and made us feel safe.

We had a wonderful time at the Palms. We came to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. Martin was very helpful in organizing a surprise for her. I really appreciated his help and professionalism!
