Our home away from home! Outstanding service from start to finish
Visiting The Palm is always an absolute pleasure and makes us feel like part of a big family. The service from the entire staff is impeccable, but we want to give a very special shout-out to a few people who make our stays truly unforgettable: Gessica Pinna at the main bar, for being so attentive and letting me practice my Italian with her; Leo during breakfast, for being so special and always spoiling me with a delicious cappuccino; and the whole pool team—Andrea, Katy, Florido, and the rest of the staff—for their warmth and excellent service. Great service-fun time
I went with my daughter for a spa day. We had a wonderful time with the facilities, but the person who stood out the most was our pool waiter, Floriano, who really went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special because of her birthday. Thank you Floriano, I will be back soon for my birthday. 🙂

Relaxing, beautiful, clean
The hotel was wonderful. Every part of the experience was great. The front desk was so nice and we really appreciate Martin, the concierge. The pool was lovely and also very private from the boardwalk (unlike other hotels where the pool is visible). Everyone working at the pool and beach were great. The room was so nice with separate shower and toilet rooms. even the lobby smelled good. We had a great breakfast at Essensia as well.
