Horrible experience
I come in this hotel for the past 5 years at least 10 days each year in August and I have always been satisfied but this year it is simply horribile, looks like I am living a nightmare, notwithstanding I had paid the first 7 nights full amount of 2.400usd they have blocked my card for security more than 8.000 usd charging the card even 3 times in a day, this causing me big trouble first because I am a tourist and my card had no more balance and secondly because than my bank blocked my card thinking it was a fraud. Notwithstanding all this inconvenient and terrible behaviour the Hotel has never ever been kind or even found a way of making apologize towards me and the damage caused, the only people that helped me and were very professional were Nora, Lucy and Daniel who felt so embarrassed about this situation, people from housekeeping were very professional as well.as the people from the beach. Last but not least last night I was charged 174 usd again for something that nobody knows about. The conclusion is that something is very wrong in the system in general and this is not the Palm I used to know, they don't care about loyal customer and treat people just like numbers. Shame on you.

This was my third stay at the palms and I had a wonderful visit. Melinda at the front desk was able to accommodate an early check in, and gave me a beautiful room overlooking the Miami skyline. Excellent service by the pool and breakfast this morning. Such a lovely property. Melinda is the best!!
