Perfect Sunday, 5 Stars
My wife and I booked some spa treatments for the afternoon and spent the day by the pool, and had the buffet brunch with her friends. All staff at the Palm were extremely nice, friendly and helpful, in particular Gabriella at the pool, who was sweet and hilarious and looked after us all day. The couples' spa treatment was a 10/10, and the whole day was an easy 12/10. Super impressed and we'll be back.

Best service in Miami
I live in Miami and have spent days at many of the hotel spas and pools. The team at The Palms are hands down the most welcoming and attentive! A special shout out to Gabriella for taking such good care of us all afternoon. Thank you! We'll definitely be back soon.

Wonderful Resort
My partner and I had the best time at The Palms while visiting Miami Beach for the weekend—the atmosphere was great, you felt completely in a resort without being isolated from the city and the facilities were just perfect. Service was amazing at every corner and we had the most relaxing afternoon while Gabriela P. took care of us at the beach. Highly recommend!!

The Perfect Weekend
I absolutely loved the palms throughout my stay. The check in and check out process went perfect. The room had everything I needed and great turndown service, and the beach and pool staff were spectacular. Gabriella was a fantastic server at the beach and pool area. She was so accommodating, friendly, and warm that she made our stay all the better. Would definitely come back!

Great Weeked Trip
Hotel is really nice, pool area is great, the pool itself is heated. Hangout at the Tiki Bar by pool is a must, multiple TVs showing the World Cup games. Quick/easy access to the beach. And beach staff were all great! Mike who set up our cabanitas was so amazing, friendly, and super attentive.
