Beach everyday
Gabriella was our server out on the beach. She was so kind and accommodating, always checking in to make sure we were good. Her happiness is contagious making the experience absolutely perfect.

The service made all the difference
We love this hotel for our family. It’s not so big that you have to fight with crowds. The beach was lovely - except for the seaweed this time of year which is not the hotel’s fault. The pool is large enough to give our kids room to play but not so big that they get lost. This is one of the easiest vacations we’ve ever taken. But the best part was the exceptional service, especially by Gabriella Parker who was so attentive, so respectful and so hard-working the entire time. She made sure we felt welcome, that we had everything we needed, and that the overall experience felt worth it. Thank you to Gabriella and the entire crew at The Palms. This was our 2nd stay here and it won’t be our last.

Hidden gem in Miami Beach
Beautiful boutique hotel. Staff was great. Spa massage was incredible. Fred always greeted us with a smile and happy to help. Will definitely be back!

100% recommend
My wife and I got married here and have come back to visit a couple times since. This year we have our baby with us and have fallen back in love with this hotel. Fred helped us with our bags and he truly has such an amazing personality that reminds me why I love this place. The rooms are beautiful the grounds feel like you’re being transported to a private resort. We are thrilled to come back for many years to come and will recreate our wedding photo every chance we get and now with our additional new family member.

Great getaway at The Palms Resort and Spa on Miami Beach!!
Great time here! The staff at all restaurants were very friendly and attentive. I need to shout out the wonderful crew at the Tiki Bar: Floriano, Omega, Michele, Jennifer, Mateo, Mike Lopez!! What a great and friendly team !! Breakfast at Essensia was really good and the lunch at the Tiki Bar was outstanding !! Highlights: Thai chili chicken wings, chips and dips, Cuban medianoche sandwich.
