The Palms Hotel and Spa Review
Traveled to Miami for a mother / daughter weekend. We wanted to be north of the busy south beach area for a more serene experience. This hotel did not disappoint. We arrived several hours before check-in, but they were quick to store our luggage and advise that we had access to entire hotel amenities including the pool and beach. The hotel is beautifully decorated and smells so amazing. The rooms are beautiful. I like the security that is in place. You need your key to get up to the floor your room is on. The staff is top notch. Very professional but approachable and friendly. We had drinks and food at the poolside tiki bar. All was delicious. There were actually 2 weddings that occurred during our stay, but it did not deter from any of our activities. This is where I will be staying in the future. Highly recommended.

Overall great Miami experience, we are local down here and the beach/pool is amazing. Very good location with restaurants in walking distance.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff! Pool and beach access were also great! If I’m ever back in Miami beach, I will definitely stay here again!
