This was my third stay at the palms and I had a wonderful visit. Melinda at the front desk was able to accommodate an early check in, and gave me a beautiful room overlooking the Miami skyline. Excellent service by the pool and breakfast this morning. Such a lovely property. Melinda is the best!!

Staff here are very welcoming. Service is top Notch Beach guys are super helpful Mike Lopez, so nice, helpful and comical. Hilarious. Thanks for an awesome experience
