Beautiful Hotel and Excellent Service
Excellent location and amazing staff! The loungers and umbrellas on the beach are perfect a relaxing day. All the staff is kind and helpful. Rooms were clean. This is our second time staying at The Palms and we will definitely return!

Beautiful beach stay
Great beach trip with the girls. First time visiting Miami and I was not disappointed! Beach was nicely groomed & clean, and outstanding service from Michael Lopez down at the beach. Quick service and great guy!!

ok but...
Despite my numerous emails and even going to their office to request the cancellation of a wrongful charge for a $30 movie, nothing was corrected or refunded. This complete lack of consideration is unacceptable. It is a pity, since the stay itself was fine, but such practices seriously damage the reputation of the establishment. Wrongfully charging for services is shameful and, for me, a deal breaker: one comes here to relax and enjoy, not to feel cheated.
