Amazing stay
I had an amazing time at the hotel. I stayed 8 nights and escaped the Boston weather. Mike Lopez at the beach is great; he helped me get into the pool when I forgot my key and also reserved my existing spot and didn’t let someone else take it when I had a quick manicure. All of the staff at the restaurant remembered my order for breakfast lunch and dinner. Ordering at the beach was seamless and awesome! The spa was wonderful I had a mani pedi with Fernanda who was so good and kind. I highly recommend this place.

Great spa!
I had a facial with omy. At the palms spa. It was a very enjoyable experience. Left my skin glowing. This is a wonderful spa with a great atmosphere.

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location
Fabulous experience . Highly recommend ocean front king room ~ such great views! Tacos Tuesday was excellent and the pool and beach areas are lovely. A great hotel with style, elegance and a great vibe

Our home away from home
I can't say enough about the Palms Hotel! This was our third stay and have plans to return. The location, the staff, the bar areas and pool, the natural beauty of the grounds, ease of access to the beach, the excellent service and quality of food and drinks make this place very special to us. It really has become a home away from home and we look forward to returning as soon as we leave! You will not regret staying at the Palms with its Southern Florida tropical paradise Miami vibes!

Beautiful views of the ocean. Staff extremely helpfu.
Pleasant experience, save for one elevator that was out of service. I would recommend this hotel for the service alone. Get the ocean view. It is worth it.
