Mike Lopez - Miami moments in the making
Mike Lopez is lovely! Such a warm welcome and quick to action to get us settled for the sunshine. He staged our cabana for us, served with a smile and surpassed our every need. Thank you for making my first time in Miami so memorable.

Mike Lopez was great. He set up a lovely cabana for us overlooking the water… Unfortunately, we came during extreme seaweed season so we did not get that blue green Caribbean looking water we were hoping --for but he was wonderful and the service was excellent.

The hotel is incredible! Beautifully decorated, wonderful rooms, fenomenal pool area nestled among lush tropical gardens, The hotel feels like a hidden paradise. The service is exceptional. Fred is one of the first people you meet here, and he welcomes you so warmly that it already feels like your little paradise has just begun.. We were so impressed with him. He pays close attention to even the smallest details. It was such a pleasure seeing him during these couple of days we've been here. Martin at the concierge is always happy to recommend wonderful local experiences and attractions, making every stay even more memorable. Everyone on the team is genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive. Their hospitality feels completely natural and sincere, which makes this hotel a truly special place.
