Would not recommend
Beds were too small. Very slow WiFi. Not working elevators and they are small roo. Overcrowded pools. Would not recommend

A beautiful hotel!
I could not have asked for a more perfect venue for my daughter's wedding! The hotel lobby and common areas were magnificent. The hotel has a tropical feel to it. The rooms, pool, and beach were great!

Christmas break vacation
Our family absolutely love the Palms! Quiet and beautiful grounds. Easy access to the beach. Rooms are always clean. Beds are amazing. We get the best sleep when we stay. The friendliness of the staff is second to none. Front desk, valet, door men, pool attendants... all are best in the city! Fred the door man is a favorite. We are already planning our next trip!

Great stay here. Outdoor area is fantastic though service is slow around the pool so if you're looking to get hammered there then order two drinks at a time. Restaurant was reasonable and make for a very tasty welcome dinner. They hosted two weddings during our stay and they were handled very well with clear distinction of space so neither hotel guest or wedding participants had any awkward encounters. Turn down service included which is always a plus though we couldn't quite figure out the cleaning schedule. Location is excellent, short trip to anywhere; bal harbor, South Beach, downtown Miami, etc. Beach was nice and well cared for however we spent minimal time there. The back side of the hotel has a gated entrance with key card access to the beach along with the boardwalk between. This made for easy and pleasant walking access to nearby bakeries, restaurants and stores. Rooms were nice but nothing to brag about. Clean and tidy with a few maintenance items that weren't enough to note calling about. Sorry next person staying in our room. Friendly and conscious staff over all. Fred the bellhop was fantastic. On top of everything as we came and went along with making excellent conversation while we waiting for an Uber (wait was always minimal). Value was high and we will return.
