I was a day guest of the spa but had my luggage with me from another hotel. Fred took great care of me, got me to where I needed to go and was extremely helpful with directions throughout my time at The Palms. I appreciate his friendly demeanor, calm and care.

Great Experience
We recently attended a wedding a stayed several days at the Palms. The location is beautiful and the staff was very pleasant and accomodating. Yacelin and Maciel at the front desk were consistently helpful and a pleasure to work with. They were always happy to fulfill any requests that we made. There are many hotel options in Miami Beach, and we heartily recommend this one for anyone desiring a memorable stay.

“We had a wonderful breakfast at Essentia at The Palms Hotel & Spa, thanks to our waitress, Vanesa Marlon. She was gracious, friendly, and impressively efficient with both my wife and me. What really stood out was her thoughtful attention to detail—she carefully packed our leftovers for a later lunch, complete with napkins and plastic ware, which we truly appreciated. Service like hers makes a lasting impression. She is a real asset to the hotel, and we hope she’s recognized—and promoted—soon!”
