Our home away from home
I can't say enough about the Palms Hotel! This was our third stay and have plans to return. The location, the staff, the bar areas and pool, the natural beauty of the grounds, ease of access to the beach, the excellent service and quality of food and drinks make this place very special to us. It really has become a home away from home and we look forward to returning as soon as we leave! You will not regret staying at the Palms with its Southern Florida tropical paradise Miami vibes!

Beautiful views of the ocean. Staff extremely helpfu.
Pleasant experience, save for one elevator that was out of service. I would recommend this hotel for the service alone. Get the ocean view. It is worth it.

Top Notch Experience.
Top notch hotel in the heart of Miami. The staff and the amenities were perfect for a short getaway. Food and beverages were top notch as was the service teams.

Lovely Hotel, Staff Less Responsive
Stayed at the Palms for a weekend - lovely location and excellent spot with beach access that includes umbrellas and chairs. The pool/beach service staff was great and always helpful with towels & drinks. The pool is a lovely, peaceful vibe- was so nice and relaxing. They also had sunscreen for use which was a nice touch. Our room was nice and clean. The pillows smelled so dusty and I had to sleep with a towel over my pillow the first night is my only compliant. I called & requested new pillows and replacement hand lotion as ours was empty, but the staff never brought either item to our room and we were there for 2 nights. I had to ask a housekeeper in the hall for the pillows and gave up on the lotion. For the price & reputation I expected better from the hotel staff service. Overall it was a nice stay in a good location.

Coming back next year!
Great food and drink. Loved the bartenders at Essensia and the Pina coladas by the pool. Beach was nice as well, wish the water was warmer. See you next year!
