Excellent hotel, views, beach and location!
Upon arrival, we were greeted by two valets. Then Fred, our bellboy, took bags, showed us around hotel, explained all amenities, took us to our room and showed us our views! Very friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience thanks to Fred. From the very beginning, he was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. His service was outstanding, professional, and delivered with a warm attitude that truly makes a difference during the stay. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests’ experience. Lovely mother daughter stay
Lovely stay at The Palms. It was a very nice part of the beach to stay - a bit quieter, but still plenty of restaurants etc. nearby. Rooms were nice and well kept, grounds were great. Service was a high point – special shout out to Neptune and Fred for their help!
