We were greeted by Mike instantly on the beach and he was so accommodating getting us set up to enjoy our day. He’s friendly and super helpful. Love chatting with him when we come back every year to escape NYC.

Our stay at Palms Hotel was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and tastefully designed. The overall atmosphere feels elegant yet warm and welcoming. I would especially like to highlight the service provided by Fred, the porter. He was exceptionally professional, explained everything to us clearly, showed us around, and patiently answered all of our questions. He was always willing to help and made us feel genuinely cared for. His kind and attentive approach truly makes the difference between a good hotel and an outstanding one. The service at the reception was also excellent — the team was friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. As a hotel manager in the Czech Republic, I truly appreciate and value seeing people who work with heart and genuine passion for hospitality. It is always a pleasure to see such kind and dedicated professionals. Thank you for a beautiful stay — we would be delighted to return.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and every time I needed help with my luggage, Fred was so eager to help and made everything so easy for me during my vacation! I recommend asking for Fred he has helped me so many times !!!
