The Palms is a 5 star hotel!!
Just returned from four nights at the Palms. This hotel is 5 stars!! From the accommodations, the decor, the food, the service, pool area, etc.. really a very well maintained and classy property. The Bellman staff is superb. Dax not only provided great baggage service but is a great guy to talk with, offering many dining options and other Miami Beach highlights. Carlos and Fred were very accommodating. Just a great experience!! Martin the concierge is great. I spent a lot of time talking with Martin about sightseeing, restaurants, etc.. all of his selections were spot on!! We also took a boat tour recommended by Martin which included the transportation. The transport was very timely, had a great driver and the boat tour was terrific!! We had a number of breakfast and lunch meals which were all very good. The Happy Hour staff was great!! The pool area is excellent. The pool is large and the days we were there the hotel was busy but there was always plenty of room in the pool. The lounge chairs are the nicest, most comfortable chairs I have personally used. Overall the Palms is a well managed property that I give two big thumbs up.

Wonderful first impression
Check in was very quick and Fred was very kind and helpful and handled our orientation very professionally. The resort was beautiful and our room had a breath taking view of the beach.

Nice experience
Nice and cosy hotel with good facilities. The fitness room could have been bigger with windows outside. Super great service from Mike from the beach and the best breakfast omelette ever made by Peter who was also very kind.

Wonderful time spent at the Palms
The staff friendly and attentive. Michael and his crew down at the beach were awesome! The towels and beach chairs were always available for us when we arrived. Bartenders at the pool and bar were also pleasant and quick to take my drink and food orders.
