Lovely hotel and staff
The Palms Hotel and Spa was a great experience. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Received a lovely bottle of Prosecco in our room upon arrival. We did not use the pool, although it looked lovely. We did enjoy the beach, along with excellent beachside service. The waiters on the beach were outstanding, and probably the best service we have ever had. I would also like to compliment the service in the bar area for happy hour. It is a popular spot for five o’clock. Probably could use a few more waiters as that staff works extremely hard. We want to come back to the Palms again soon.

Incredible service! Fred was absolutely wonderful! He helped us get an extra mini fridge and brought all our heavy items up. So kind and generous.
