AC was not working
First we had a problem with the aircondition in the room but after we talked with Fred and Lucy at the front desk they gave us a other and better room at the next day. Special thanks to Fred and Lucy. Everything else was very good and we were happy here. A very nice place and a very good serviced hotel.

Impressed by The Palms
Spent a weekend in early April at The Palms. They were very accommodating with an early check- in which allowed our group to take advantage of the pool and beach. It was very windy the entire weekend, but the hotel pool provided us with the perfect spot to enjoy the sun and protection from the wind. The coconut mojitos and Cuban sandwiches were on point during our stay. The hotel breakfast was so good and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel is located within walking distance to various restaurants, and we took advantage of this by exploring the area every evening. The room was spacious and quiet which allowed us to recharge our batteries after hanging out at the pool all day. Our group will be back again to jumpstart our summer!

Lovely hotel and staff
The Palms Hotel and Spa was a great experience. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Received a lovely bottle of Prosecco in our room upon arrival. We did not use the pool, although it looked lovely. We did enjoy the beach, along with excellent beachside service. The waiters on the beach were outstanding, and probably the best service we have ever had. I would also like to compliment the service in the bar area for happy hour. It is a popular spot for five o’clock. Probably could use a few more waiters as that staff works extremely hard. We want to come back to the Palms again soon.

Execellent service
Incredible service! Fred was absolutely wonderful! He helped us get an extra mini fridge and brought all our heavy items up. So kind and generous.
