Amazing experience
This hotel was really wonderful. It is big and beautiful and so tastefully decorated. It is so current and updated, with great lighting in the bathroom and a big screen TV. It has lots of outlets and chargers and really has everything you need. The shower and the toilet were separate which was interesting but it totally worked for us. The toilet had this adorable little sink with it. Excellent customer service and just extremely professional. We came from a different hotel that was just horrific and it was so nice to be able to relax and enjoy our vacation. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel
Fabulous amenities, comfortable and service, Excellent rooms although light switch and shower controls were complex. We stayed for 4 days and were treated like royalty. Sunscreen at the pool and beach, luscious towels, fresh lounge chair linens, beautiful pool and beach chairs with umbrellas, Excellent service at the pool and beach especially from Gabriella and Gorge. The poolside food and drink were excellent. Quite crowd. Some lovely family’s but mostly couples. Good access to everything!

Amazing property and people
My girlfriend, Lisa and I had a wonderful time at the Palms the week before Memorial Day. We especially loved the exceptional service provided by Gabriela and Jorge at the pool and beach. They were wonderful and if I could give them six stars and a big fat raise, I would. They were always smiling, got to know us and I could tell they were committed to providing exceptional service. Great service
Mike Lopez was an excellent attendant!!! He took care of our every need, was so nice and friendly. He recognized us every day and put us in our favorite spot!

The Palms is a 5 star hotel!!
Just returned from four nights at the Palms. This hotel is 5 stars!! From the accommodations, the decor, the food, the service, pool area, etc.. really a very well maintained and classy property. The Bellman staff is superb. Dax not only provided great baggage service but is a great guy to talk with, offering many dining options and other Miami Beach highlights. Carlos and Fred were very accommodating. Just a great experience!! Martin the concierge is great. I spent a lot of time talking with Martin about sightseeing, restaurants, etc.. all of his selections were spot on!! We also took a boat tour recommended by Martin which included the transportation. The transport was very timely, had a great driver and the boat tour was terrific!! We had a number of breakfast and lunch meals which were all very good. The Happy Hour staff was great!! The pool area is excellent. The pool is large and the days we were there the hotel was busy but there was always plenty of room in the pool. The lounge chairs are the nicest, most comfortable chairs I have personally used. Overall the Palms is a well managed property that I give two big thumbs up.
