Wonderful experience at Palms Hotel and Spa
Want to start by saying my family and I had great experiences on our trip to Miami Beach due to the recommendation and help by the Concierge, Martin. He was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and helped us with breakfast and dinner suggestions along with excursions. There are so many things to do and having the help from someone like Martin made the decisions easy. He was very professional, polite and patient. Every time we walked passed, we were greeted with kindness. He always stopped to give us advice. If you are planning a trip to the Palms Resort, I would call ahead and talk with Martin to get some ideas ahead of time. Definitely helped us out. Gave a 5 star review mostly due to the experience we had Martin.

Outstanding Beach Service at The Palms Hotel
We had a wonderful experience at the Palms Hotel in Miami Beach, and a big part of that was thanks to Mike. He provided outstanding service at the beach throughout our stay. Mike is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. He consistently made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His positive attitude, warm communication, and genuine appreciation for guests truly stood out. It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personal and welcoming approach. Mike went above and beyond to make our beach experience perfect, and his dedication to excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Mike, for making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend the Palms Hotel and hope to see you again on our next visit to Miami Beach!

Great get away
The customer services was top tier. Beautiful clean facilities. Great food and drinks. The beach staff Mike, Tiago, Blanchard and our server Jennifer were amazing. I will definitely be back! 10 out of 10 experience!!!!

Great hotel in a great location.
My experience at The Palms was very good. Check in was easy and fast. My corner room was updated, clean and very nice. The lobby is a little odd as it's a combination of two buildings. The pool and beach are beautiful. I only had breakfast at the hotel (no other meals) and it was ok; nothing special. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved this hotel. It is beautifully and conveniently designed from the layout to the decor and is kept very clean. Martin the concierge was an absolute godsend for first timers in Miami!
