Relaxing, beautiful, clean
The hotel was wonderful. Every part of the experience was great. The front desk was so nice and we really appreciate Martin, the concierge. The pool was lovely and also very private from the boardwalk (unlike other hotels where the pool is visible). Everyone working at the pool and beach were great. The room was so nice with separate shower and toilet rooms. even the lobby smelled good. We had a great breakfast at Essensia as well.

Mike Lopez - Miami moments in the making
Mike Lopez is lovely! Such a warm welcome and quick to action to get us settled for the sunshine. He staged our cabana for us, served with a smile and surpassed our every need. Thank you for making my first time in Miami so memorable.

Great service excellent drinks, the seaweed was intense!
Mike Lopez was great. He set up a lovely cabana for us overlooking the water… Unfortunately, we came during extreme seaweed season so we did not get that blue green Caribbean looking water we were hoping --for but he was wonderful and the service was excellent.
