First time in Miami Beach
Lovely hotel in great location. Watch out for the daily amenities charge, that was a surprise on check out! I wouldn't advise taking a car, the daily charge of $45 plus tax for car parking was also a shock.

a scam
a flashback to the golden girls - not in a good way. with unacceptable wifi. I had to turn off my wifi to get decent service. But could not connect to business video calls on my computer. Considering the rate ... run!!!

Relaxing and rejuvenating
This is our fourth year returning to The Palms and it did not disappoint. It truly is an oasis in the heart of Miami Beach! Everyone who works there is so nice and welcoming. Jorge was a fabulous pool attendant who went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. We will be back next spring for year 5!
