Chris was excellent really made my stay special celebrating my graduation. He also remembers all the guest names which I thought added to the experience! We love Chris and will definitely be coming back thanks to him. This was a trip to remember already planning my next stay.

Christopher at the front desk is the man (and his partner-in-crime Valentina). We had a very difficult experience the first day of our stay, but Christopher (and Manager Cameron) really worked to remedy the situation the second day. While our impression on the first day was "this is not a Bonvoy experience", Christopher's customer service totally redeemed it. Great employee!

Our stay was excellent; the service was wonderful at every level! Ricardo and Andrew provided superior service while assisting us with our beachside needs. Boris and Julio made sure we had the most wonderful stay and made us feel at home during our stay. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back again!

Super nice location. A bit older in decor but the staff make up for it. I came out for the SweetHeat Fest. Mahaya was super friendly, quick & informative. Chris was also very out going and absolutely lights up the whole lobby when he speaks. The pool bar always has a good vibe with a good DJ to enjoy while you drink. I love the direct beach access and location. Got into a lot of fun on strip. Will be returning!

Domond Boris, gave me exemplary service and directed me through the Royal Palm when needed throughout my week here. I highly recommend this place now. Went in October and this experience with him this May made it 10 times even better. What a way to unwind from work. I travel a lot for work and this spot is where I find the most comfort where i can walk around town but also stay here for the remainder and feel at peace. Good view from my room.
