Location is fantastic yet the hotel is ok. The lobby usually is so busy and hardly staff notice you. They upgraded us to a suite one time which was nice but another time they didn’t even tell us that their pool is closed and under construction! It took them an hour and half of my precious vacation time to cancel my reservation so I can go get another hotel which was another problem finding a hotel last minute. At the end who wants to stay at hotel with a closed pool and a dusty hallways due to construction! They still do other good things to make up like giving out free water and beach chairs. I would still stay at this hotel if I don’t find anything better only because it’s less expensive than other hotels around.

Several of my friends went down to Miami for a bachelorette trip for our friend. The hotel was clean, trendy, and comfortable. But the staff treated us incredibly well. They made the difference between a good time, and a great one. Special shout out to Agar (who bent over backwards for us at the front desk), Jesus (who was one of the best bartender/waiter I've ever had at a hotel), and Araiana (who was on par with Jesus).

I stayed here for a girls' trip and overall was pleased with the hotel. The valet/lobby staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The hotel was very clean and the pool/beach area amenities were very nice. The rooms we stayed in were very small and made moving around a little difficult. I would suggest upgrading to a larger room. The bathrooms were odd in that they used a sliding barn door which unfortunately didn't always close completely and left little for privacy. Even though the room thermostat read 65 degrees, it always felt at least 10 degrees warmer. The rooms would not get cooled down enough for early October warmth. I would stay here again but would be sure to ask for a larger room and bring a fan to keep the room cool.

Said here for a business trip and was very impressed by the hotel, most especially the staff. Every person I interacted with was fantastic (professional, friendly, helpful) Hotel and room very clean. My only negative comment would be I was upgraded to room with semi ocean view -- very nice, but too close to the elevator and adjacent to the cleaning staff supply room so it was very noisy -- heard everyone talking as they came off or went to elevator
