Best beach experience
Beautiful beach! From the moment I arrived, the gentleman at the booth greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. He was extremely professional and helpful throughout the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better beach experience. Thank you, Cyrus, for everything! I will definitely be coming back again.

Not good for business
A great location but a poor hotel. Few sockets in the room (I could not have the fridge and the coffee machine plugged in at the same time) and no in room facilities e.g. no irons.

Amazing Service at Royal Palm
I never write reviews about hotels on websites but after my stay at the Royal Palm Hotel on Miami Beach I am going to change my mind and leave a review. My wife and I went on a quick weekend to Miami to see a baseball game, do some shopping and enjoy some good food. I chose the Royal Palm because it had recently been renovated and was close to may places we wanted to go to. Everything about our stay at the Royal Palm was wonderful from the valet arrival, the front desk, the restaurant staff and especially the staff at the bar, restaurant and pool area outside. The hotel is beautiful but the staff is what makes it amazing. I would go back and plan to. Someone in management knows that a good staff is the key to a good hotel. Thank you very much for a wonderful weekend Royal Palm!!!

Lack of communication from hotel
I’m trying to contact this hotel for my upcoming trip in December. Absolutely no response from the hotel. I have emailed them. I hope to see my message and contact me. Thank you.

Wonderful stay
Beautiful, newly renovated property that feels modern yet comfortable. Food was great: with thoughtful touches and great flavors. I took a yoga class with Ana, who was kind and encouraging, and helped my through my poses. Great stay!
