Absolutely LOVE this hotel bc of the STAFF. they have the most friendliest, welcoming, unjudgemental people I have ever met. I will definitely be returning!! ARIEL has made my stay go from a 10 star to a 20 star stay!!! Thanks to everyone in making my stay perfect.

We ended our vacation with a day at this magnificent hotel. Everything was perfect: the pool, the cabana, the beach, and the highlight was meeting Warren, who speaks French. He was so helpful; he replaced the bottle of champagne intended for the cabana with cocktails since we can't have alcohol. That was very kind of him. What a wonderful gesture! A special mention also goes to the bartender, Mikeyl, who was perfect and did a flawless job. We didn't have to wait for our meals. A wonderful afternoon that brought our trip to a perfect close; you two played a huge part in that, Warren and Mikeyl. Thanks again, and keep up the good work—you guys are great. Benoit.

10000/10 experience! We came to the beach for a surprise marriage proposal for the weekend & the hotel treated us perfectly! The staff, including housekeepers were nothing short of AMAZING! We felt comfortable, welcomed & it made the experience of our trip even better. Melvin made us feel like we were family! He was so patient, kind & informative of everything! He was our personal chat GPT! We loved everything about him!
