Drawn to Miami
A very relaxing stay. All the staff worked to make our vacation memorable and successful. We love Cancun and Miami both for the kind people we meet. They draw you back to stay again and again. Many of our friends ask us why we love to come to Miami: The Sagamore personifies the reasons to stay in Miami Beach. Family friendly entertainment, clean beach with new chairs and umbrellas. Fine dining with international cuisine just a few steps from our door. Nothing we asked was viewed as an inconvenience. Special thanks to Ariel and Vito! Two very kind gentlemen who clearly enjoy their job and make you feel special due to their warm hearts, pleasant conversations, and endearing smiles. We met families who returned year after year to the Sagamore, these 2 guys and others are undoubtedly a big reason why. Clean, comfortable, large rooms. We also plan on returning.

Carlos was exceptional! He was very helpful and resourceful as we visited with our baby. He greeted us and helped with the stroller daily, on his own initiative. He assisted us with freezer storage and delivery of our breastmilk inventory, he truly went above and beyond!!

Sagamore hotel is one of the best one so far the location is the best, the service incredible! Ariel and Jimena has been great and all the staff amazing, really surprise on the service and hospitality! Thank you guys for the great memories ❤️

Bad Hotel Bad Service don’t stay there
This was the worse south beach experience Super loud every night event —- they changed my room to a bungalow which I didn’t ask for - I realized they gave me this room since it’s directly of the dance floor of the DJ that played every night until 1 pm No beach chairs like in the pictures - just 1000 people who want to party They don’t tell you it’s a party week if you book but a week before arrival once you can’t cancel anymore I had random people sitting on my table outside my room
