This was the worse south beach experience Super loud every night event —- they changed my room to a bungalow which I didn’t ask for - I realized they gave me this room since it’s directly of the dance floor of the DJ that played every night until 1 pm No beach chairs like in the pictures - just 1000 people who want to party They don’t tell you it’s a party week if you book but a week before arrival once you can’t cancel anymore I had random people sitting on my table outside my room

Very comfortable and nice. Very good position to reach Art Basel, the Ocean and the art Deco village. Very comfortable room and bathroom. Nice pool and beach access

Location was great. Atmosphere was great. Very walkable to restaurants in the area. Staff was very friendly especially Delroy. Loved the access to the beach. The only drawbacks are the darkness of the hallway to our room made me uncomfortable, and I could not figure out the hours of the coffee shop.

We had a great experience at the Sagmore! Mickey at the pool bar was a star, and the whole staff is very service oriented. I texted- do you have an ice machine in the hotel? Five min later there is a knock on the door with a full bucket. While the hotel is old (all of South Beach is) it is well maintained and clean. My only suggestion is to upgrade TVs in the rooms to Smart TV so guests can access their apps. That said, we didn’t spend much time in the room. The beach and pool are great with the beach being very accessible. We recommend checking out g out Espanola Way and Lincoln Square Mall- both have a very European flavor with many al fresco dining choices- you can’t go wrong with either!
