Amazing service by Mikaela and delroy Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The artwork is lovely and the location Great access to the beach with service by the beach They have a coffee bar and the lobby is absolutely stunning. I really enjoyed staying here

Amazing customer service and welcome
Amazing welcome! I felt being greeted by friends by Mikaela and Delton. They welcomed us With a nice smile and kind words, and a nice free welcome drink to keep the celebration. Also the bell person was so kind to receive all of our luggages. Coming back from a retreat to this hotel is a gift. Thank you.

Do not stay!!!!!!
Charged twice for hotel fees and refused to acknowledge. Forced to dispute charge with cc. House cleaning only occurred at 4pm one day and was not provided a new role of toilet paper when asked for one…. Much better properties for cheaper in the same location! Do not stay!

very good attention from Mauricio, the boy who brings the suitcases to the room attentive, kind and very good person. Sagamore Hotel was an absolute delight! The spacious rooms were immaculate and provided stunning views of the ocean. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The hotel's amenities, especially the pool area and kids' club, kept the whole family entertained throughout our visit. Plus, the location couldn't have been better – steps away from the vibrant South Beach scene. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience!"
