The location was close to the center of everything that is Miami Beach/South Beach. The staff was absolutely amazing. Melvin, Luis, and Antonio consistently checked in to see if there was anything we needed or wanted. They really treated us like VIP. Ariel at the restaurant anticipated our every need and was very helpful in suggesting new things to try. Shaheem at the beach was very attentive and helpful as well. The cleanliness of not only the common areas but also of the room was outstanding. We even smelled bleach as we walked down the hall one afternoon. The atmosphere is very played back. Family friendly while also maintaining a five star feeling.

Ariel was charming, helpful, and attended to all our needs. It was clean and the front desk staff was attentive and very accommodating. The beach is beautiful, a short walk from the hotel. When we arrived, our room was not ready yet as we had arrived early. Melvin at the front desk kept us updated and notified as soon as it was ready. Room was cleaned every day. Towels were changed daily even of we did not leave them on the floor. We had the king suite. Plenty of room. Toilets are new but lower than standard toilets. Room was spacious and updated.

The hotel vibe was amazing! Very artsy, and so many different kinds of art! The room was very comfortable and clean One of my favorite parts of the day was getting served breakfast by Areal! It was nice and quiet all throughout my stay, especially at night. The artwork all around thr hotel is gorgeous and gives a nice sense of humanity, especially since none of it was generated by AI!
