Reviews for The Sagamore Hotel South Beach

Amazing hotel with excellent staff

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 16 hours ago

We stood for a day pass but I would definitely spend multiple nights here !! Very family oriented , nice lounge with great artwork , very friendly staff. Kudos to Ariel for taking care of me and my 1 year old baby girl , bringing her drinks and fresh water without being asked and taking care of us for lunch/ dinner. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a friendly and relaxing stay while being on beautiful south beach!

Beware extra fees

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

Beware of extra fees if you book online. This hotel is past its prime. It’s well located, but it felt like there was a layer of sand on everything in the room. We stayed at the hotel less than 12 hours during a layover and were charged an additional $50 ‘resort fee’ on top of the what we prepaid online. We were under the impression that our prepayment covered the full price.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

It was so great to return to Sagamore hotel this weekend for the 4th of July Pool Party. My team and I were well taken care of by Ariel. His hospitality made a difference in our experience. Will be back soon!

Hotel manager saved us!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

I’m photographer, came to film fashion show that designer did at the hotel. So, long story short, designer didn’t prepare any lightings and hotel manager Ariel was SO to us, he helped us to light the runway, he gave us a water, few extensions cords. I have no words how good he was for us. I’m planning to stay here just because hotel has so good crew. Thank you

Sagamooore!!!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sagamore!! The staff were friendly, the art was beautiful, and the beach was super close. Mickey, Vito, and the young guy distributing the towels (sorry I didn’t get the name) were AMAZING!! Great service, professional, and friendly. We were also able to walk to ocean drive, and many other restaurants. Great location!
