Fantastic customer service
This place is always fantastic!! The staff is phenomenal, Vito and Mickey at the bar, Melody at the front desk is always super delightful and helpful. Jamal at the pool took extra care of us for our anniversary, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a super special day.

To by the pool area was great the guy jamal mcphee he showed the best spots to sit by the pool help me with drinks love his hospitality love the hotel food it was a good experience am from Toronto so this saga more experience makes me want to come back

Pool and beach workers were amazing

Accommodating staff. Classy atmosphere. Food and drinks. Beautiful pool. Amazing beach. Clean and crisp rooms. I cant ask for more. Excellent first trip to Miami.
