Friendly, well trained staff; Amazing at helping me solve a problem
Had the best experience with the staff here. I was locked out of my room bc the person i was sharing with put the latch on the door when i left. Nelson from security and Tyra from the front desk went out of their way to make sure that we got the issue resolved. They showed so much care and compassion that’s rare nowadays. They were both so kind and professional. It felt so nice to be treated this way i had to come write a review.

Love the vibe here! And the staff are great
This is our second or third time here as a family and we had a great stay despite the weather. Mickey went out of his way to take care of us and went above and beyond in his service at the bar. He was so kind and got us delicious frozen cocktails!! We love the vibe here and the staff especially. Cannot recommend enough.
