The Sagamore Hotel South Beach

Delroy was an awesome bellman and a great representative of your hotel. Staff overall was friendly and competent. Room was great, nice views and comfortable bed.

Our room was depressing. It was so outdated and the view was horrible. The road noise was loud. They couldn't accommodate us with a better room, so we checked out after one night. I do respect that they refunded the reminder of our money. Check out the attached pictures. We moved to The Palms with a beautiful ocean view and was so happy.

Traveling to meet up with family. Us with no kids, family with two little ones. We each booked a King Garden Suite w/balcony. The rooms were big! The separate living room area and sleeper sofa was great for the kids, and everyone could hang out in each others rooms without feeling cramped. I had been worried a little about some reviews noting that the hotel is not the most updated, but it wasn't glaring. More importantly the rooms were spotless, the service was impeccable and the location is excellent. We asked for rooms next to each other which they accommodated on a busy weekend, and we each arrived to a complimentary bottle of bubbly. They checked in on us each day by text and were very responsive. Grounds were great. Beach and pool both very chill, including with some kids (our group being one), folks kept it low-key and respectful, not a party scene.

Once again, a wonderful experience. The hotel is perfect for rest and relaxation. Its facilities are extraordinary. The staff’s service is top-notch. I would especially like to highlight Carlos and the bar staff. Without a doubt, we will return next year. There is no other place like it in Miami.

I was attending the South Beach Wine and Food Festival and this hotel was an ideal location. It is also close to the Lincoln shopping area too! Really nice staff and really incredible artwork! The staff from valet to the front desk are wonderful too! Thank you, Carlos, Bruce, Mariano and Mervin for making my stay memorable!
