Poor.. tried to take my $$$
I made a reservation for May 2026, with a poolside day bed. No upfront charge for the room, but $107 each night (2) for the pool daybed. I canceled, well within the hotel policy. They confirmed my cancellation, and indicated the daybed charge would be refunded within a few days. The refund never hit my cc and the hotel “ghosted” me when I made further inquiry. I had to contest the charge with my cc issuer, and they resolved the disputed charge in my favor. The whole process took months - absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional on the Sagemore end .. i’m glad I didn’t stay there and never will!!

Best beach experience yet!
Gerry was incredible!!!!! He was attentive to our needs and concerns and accommodated our party. If you’re going to Miami definitely find Gerry here at the Sagamore.
