Great experience, we would definitely come back!
Great location and very nice atmosphere. The room was comfortable and everything was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back. Wonderful experience thanks to Carlos’ excellent service!!

Reason I stay at the Sagamore !
I've been staying at this hotel for years through Renovations through everything that made the hotel beautiful but one of the best reasons I come back four times a year is the service they make you feel like you're the most important person there and it all starts with Carlos the second you get out of your car he comes over he makes you feel like a celebrity they take care of every need that you have and if he can't do something he find somebody who can carlos is the Sagamore and its one of the nicest places to stay at because of all the people that work there Carlos has been taking care of me for years and I will never stay anywhere else if I own the hotel he would be my number one man because all he gives is great service! Look forward to coming back! When you get Carlos and the rest of the staff they make you feel like family

Best bartender I’ve had!
I bought a day pass here to use the amenities as I had a late flight. The place had everything you would ask for; nice clean pool, easy beach access, and several bars with one of them near the pool. The bartender, Mickey, might have been the best I ever had. He was very nice, conversational, on top of everything, and accommodating. I would return to use the resort again, or even stay there for sure!

GREATEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE THANKS TO THE STAFF
My experience at the pool and restaurant was AMAZING I felt really welcomed by the staff they also helped me since it was my first time in Miami really enjoyed it. The food is really tasty too and it was handed by the cheffe herself she seemed really sweet. Warren, Ariel and Mickey were so sweet with me that I had to come again the next day. Everything was really clean and taken care of. If you get the chance maybe you could even notice the little cats running around the pool ! 🐱
