Mickey and Vito were great, thank you so much for being so helpful and kind. I was asking about their cocktail menu items, very patient with all my questions

Sagamore is the best in Miami Beach. The place, the swimming pool and the service are top. Excellence. We know Jourgen and he is very professional. We will come back for sure

Terrible experience at the Sagamore Hotel Miami Beach – stay from October 7th to 15th, room 3006 We stayed at the Sagamore from October 7th to 14th, with an extra night until the 15th (room 3006,), and unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had — especially for a property in this price range. The so-called Ocean View room was extremely humid, full of mosquitoes, and dust was never cleaned from the furniture, as shown in the photos we took. On top of that, the shower soap was empty and nobody bothered to refill it, despite multiple requests. We only got it after stopping the cleaning staff in person. Every morning at 7:00 AM sharp, we were woken up by the noise of a leaf blower, with zero consideration for guests’ rest. We sent a complaint via email, but only received an answer on the very last day, offering us a free drink on the beach as compensation — which we obviously refused, as it didn’t make up for the lack of sleep. The reception staff was unhelpful and completely indifferent, repeatedly stating that our complaint was “not their responsibility.” Their attitude was downright rude and disrespectful. In conclusion: absolutely NOT recommended. The location may be good, but the hotel is poorly maintained, the service is inadequate, and there is a total lack of guest care. When cleanliness, rest, and respect are missing, even an ocean view can’t save the experience.
