GREATEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE THANKS TO THE STAFF
My experience at the pool and restaurant was AMAZING I felt really welcomed by the staff they also helped me since it was my first time in Miami really enjoyed it. The food is really tasty too and it was handed by the cheffe herself she seemed really sweet. Warren, Ariel and Mickey were so sweet with me that I had to come again the next day. Everything was really clean and taken care of. If you get the chance maybe you could even notice the little cats running around the pool ! 🐱

Miki deserves a special mention!
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and Miki, the bartender by the pool, made it even more special. He was always friendly, kind, attentive, and welcoming, with a great sense of humor and positive energy. Miki really went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and welcome. He made our days by the pool so much more enjoyable and definitely helped make our stay unforgettable. He is a fantastic person and a true asset to the hotel. Thank you, Miki, for everything! I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere, professionalism, and attention to detail. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. I would also like to recognize Jamal for his outstanding customer service. He was courteous, attentive, and professional throughout my experience. His genuine willingness to assist and ensure that I was well taken care of truly stood out and added a personal touch to my stay. Exceptional service can make all the difference, and Jamal certainly made my experience memorable. I sincerely appreciate his professionalism and the hospitality shown by the entire team.
