Good Hotel
I had a wonderful experience at the Sagamore Hotel South Beach during my visit with my family. The atmosphere is elegant and very pleasant—ideal for both relaxing and enjoying a great time. I would like to give a special shout-out to Shawn for his excellent management; he oversees the pool and restaurant areas with great attentiveness and professionalism, consistently ensuring impeccable service. It is a place in Miami that is certainly worth a visit.

I am so satisfied with this place. This hotel feels like a resort and the service makes everything feel VIP. My sever was Ariel and goodness he’s so great for family. Just enough jokes for parents to understand and kids to smile about. He took pictures with no problems checked in appropriately and brought us towels whenever necessary. Such a great guy he really made our trip feel like that traditional family vacation. Thank youuu

Sometimes it rains
Even though it was a rainy day we were able to enjoy a relaxing private experience with impeccable service. Our second time, we will be back. Ariel took exceptional care of us; even running to the store for a deck of cards so we could entertain ourselves.
