PHENOMENAL
10000/10 experience! We came to the beach for a surprise marriage proposal for the weekend & the hotel treated us perfectly! The staff, including housekeepers were nothing short of AMAZING! We felt comfortable, welcomed & it made the experience of our trip even better. Melvin made us feel like we were family! He was so patient, kind & informative of everything! He was our personal chat GPT! We loved everything about him!

Location was great very close to the convention center and so many places to eat, atmosphere was relaxing the art was great to look at, the room was very clean pull out bed was made for us Melvin was absolutely amazing!!! He was kind and accommodating anything we needed handled was handled and quickly he was kind and welcoming and Delmore also was amazing very informative about things around the city and always more than willing to help us either all our luggage when he was at the door we never had to ask for the door to be opened . The experience was great!
