I had a wonderful day from start to finish, I came at 12pm and the welcome was 10/10. Quionis greets you with a big smile, she's bubbly and makes sure everything goes smoothly for you throughout the day. The rest of the team is also super cool and makes you want to come back. Quionis makes sure you're served quickly when it comes to food and drink. Thanks to SLS Beach I'll be back 10/10 and thanks to Quionis.

My day was hassle free thanks to Melvin, setting my chair up in the perfect spot to catch all of the sun and Paula and Santi for helping me choose my meal and drinks. They all were super friendly like I’ve known them for years haha! Definitely coming back.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to party until 5 am and listen to loud music while in the pool area. 4 of us came for some R&R and this was absolutely the wrong hotel for that. We stayed only one night and checked ourselves into another hotel for the remainder of our vacation. But on another note something the hotel can improve is the interaction of their front reception staff. They are cold and not very welcoming. They give you no information about the hotel and where everything is. Overall it has spring break vibes and if you are looking forward for somewhere with class and sophistication then don’t stay here. This place is for PARTY
