Reviews for Soho Beach House
We decided to stay here for New Years and our year end break. We are family of 4 and two young adults 18 and 14 it had something for every one. Good location very close to everything yet peaceful. Great Breakfast on Executive Lounge Terrace and good spot for New Years Fire Works. We had issues with our room and being Platinum member we thought it would be. However what was impressive how it was all handled after our complaints. We were well looked after. We will do it all over again.
Entering this upscale lobby, the Latin band surrounded me with a toe tapping welcome. Folks ate, listened and chatted happily. This 8 story private club has beach access, changing rooms, several bars including rooftop pool/bar for the ultra trendy crowd. The food was outstanding. A light luncheon of cerviche was filled with cold shrimp, and other tasty sea creatures set in a light but delightful sauce. Stella Artois topped off a great beach day and superb lunch.

We've been wanting to visit this hotel since it opened. We've stayed in Soho Houses in London many times and the Beach House has been on my bucket list. I was initially a little concerned after reading some of the reviews below but this was far from our experience. The team we're welcoming and super friendly. They couldn't do enough. Special mention to Kathryn, Denis and Ramon! The room was clean, well appointed and blended the old style furnishings and fittings with the modern perfectly! The style is typical of Soho House using older pieces with more luxury new. Love all the Cowshed products. The environment is super chilled with great background music. The food is good without being pretentious or over complicated. Great stay, thanks Soho Beach House; we will be back!
Leave it to the English to perfect Miami beach. I'll begin with a confession by telling you that I have not been a fan of Miami Beach in general since the nineties or at least the era before the Lowes opened its doors. I rarely travel below the Soho Beach House or above except for dinner reservations at one of my 4 favorite restaurants. My partner and I are New Yorkers and love a quick non stop escape to Miami for some non-stop sun, beach, rest and relaxation. I have been obsessed with SBH for five years now because it was designed (and is) as private club at its core and seems to attract a different crowd than the rest of the beach in the open hotel concept. While families are welcome, they are typically members of the club and most of the children seem to remain around the huge first floor outdoor pool. The beach is perfection, as is the beach club menu and service. The staff throughout the property is incredibly attentive without being annoying, they make it a point to know who you are without over doing it and understand and treat all guests as if they are members of the club all the while providing you with a club-like atmosphere, not a one shot hotel guest situation. The design of the is hotel perfection in my professional opinion (as an interior designer) and is cohesive with the Soho House overall aesthetic - slightly quirky, extremely comfortable, luxuriously chic (for those who get it) perfectly lived in and very English. The rooms are all great but my favorite are the beachside 1 and 2 bedrooms. They are huge by comparison to other top hotels on the beach and feel like home from the moment you enter. The Cowshed Spa is also amazing with great massages and treatments that are fairly priced with all the incredible proprietary products as well as a carefully curated selection of the best available outside the cowshed brand. The restaurants are excellent and room service is from Cecconis - absolutely no complaints or shortage of delicious and healthy options. If you're looking for cool, understated comfort and lived in luxury, without the selfie taking (no photos in bar areas of any soho house club), razzmatazz that can sometimes overtake the Miami Beach scene, this is your place. A+

The hotel has great staff and nice quirky rooms. In a fantastic location on South Beach the views at sunrise are incredible. The Penthouse on the 14th floor is one of the best hotel rooms I have ever been in.
