The Villa Casa Casuarina, the former home of Gianni Versace, has been transformed into an elegant Miami Beach retreat. CAN SAY ENOUGH GREST THINGS ABOUT THE VERSACE VILLA!!!
I can’t say enough about how special this experience was. From the initial check in, and throughout the length of our stay we were treated as VIP’s. We were initially greeted by Talia, one of the sweetest and most helpful people I have ever met in our journeys. She was accommodating to any special request we had and treated us like we’ve known her for 25 years! The wait staff was professional and showed an expertise and zeal not often seen in hospitality these days. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention swimming in Versace’s famous ‘mosaic pool’. Honestly, one of the most memorable events in mine and my wife’s lives. We will undoubtedly be back! If for no other reason that to say ‘hi’ to Talia and thank her again for her kindness and professionalism! Thank you to the entire staff and I would give them a 10 out of 10!!!

Stunning hotel. The decor is authentic and super stylish. We stayed in 2 different rooms with our favourite being the beautiful Venus suite. The staff are so polite, friendly and attentive especially Talia who did so much to make our stay even more enjoyable. We loved this hotel and will definitely be back. Amore ❤️❤️

Do NOT stay here
Do not stay here! Very loud, no service at all. No manager on site. The only saving grace was its location and its beauty. Not a 5 star hotel, barely a 3. No turn down service. Very touristy. Loud music til 2am every night!! First room had bad mildew smell, moved to a smaller room but then none of the bathroom outlets worked! Had to move to a 3rd room! No compensation at all! Not worth $1300 per night! They said they would get back to me as need to call someone since no management there. Still waiting!!! Will update review if I hear back!
