The Villa Casa Casuarina

One night at Venus suite was a special memory. Not only is the beauty in the details of the room. But it was the experience. We got a special tour of the villa and romantic dinner with a front table to the mosaic 24k pool. The following morning we were treated to a solo swim in the pool followed with mimosas, specialty cappucinos and a full included breakfast of steaks and eggs before the restaurant was open to the public. What was special was soaking in the attention to detail and craftsmanship of many Italian fresco and mosaic artists. A tragic but besutiful place, my heart aches for their family who created such a beautiful masterpiece that ended in tragedy. We went to versace and bought items to honor them while there. A memory experience to get a intimate view of the artwork and drama of the home. Amazing service and hospitality. Modern isnt always better. I am a old school romantic.

Our stay at The Villa Casa Casuarina (formerly the iconic Versace Mansion) from July 23–29, 2026, was without a doubt one of the most extraordinary travel experiences we've ever had. This is by far the most beautiful Art Deco hotel we have ever stayed in. Every detail is breathtaking—from the architecture and interiors to the unique atmosphere where history and luxury come together. We still can't believe how lucky we were to book this stay. The Black Friday deal on Booking.com was simply unbelievable and, honestly, feels impossible to find today. It was a true travel jackpot. With only 10 rooms, each one is completely unique. This isn't a hotel with standard rooms—every suite has its own personality and story. Seeing Gianni Versace's room was a truly special experience. To make our stay even more memorable, we were offered a wonderful upgrade to the Safari Suite, complete with a beautiful balcony overlooking Ocean Drive. Waking up and ending each day with that view was unforgettable. A special thank you goes to the amazing staff. Talia, Flama, and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage made us feel less like hotel guests and more like family. Their kindness, warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference and are a big part of what makes this place so special. Although the hotel's Gianni Restaurant welcomes non-hotel guests from 11:00 a.m., it only adds to the vibrant atmosphere. It was a pleasure meeting interesting people from all over the world while still enjoying the intimate charm of this unique property. This trip was especially meaningful for us because we celebrated my girlfriend's birthday here, and just three days later she became my fiancée. We truly couldn't have imagined a more romantic and unforgettable place for such an important milestone in our lives. Thank you to everyone at The Villa Casa Casuarina for creating memories that will stay with us forever. This is much more than a luxury hotel—it's a place with soul, history, and people who make you want to come back. 10/10.
