The Villa Casa Casuarina, the former home of Gianni Versace, has been transformed into an elegant Miami Beach retreat. Built in 1930, the mansion has the designer's touch throughout, and is a mix of Spanish and Italian influences coupled with opulent details. Versace and Uncle Awesome
The details in the former Versace mansion are a pure privilege to witness in person. I’ve stayed here now in almost every room and every stay is a treat. I brought my two nieces with me here for our end of summer trip and they were treated with kindness and respect by everyone on the staff here. Special thank you to Talia for being so kind and caring in making the stay so extra special!!

Poor experience. Musty and smelly room, clogged shower, phone not working, super noisy and no one cares

Memorable and unique experience.
The hotel is extraordinary but can be noisy at night so be prepared. Talia was an unbelievably welcoming and professional hostess / receptionist.

Extraordinary Experience
We had a wonderful stay in The Villa. We stayed in Gianni suite which retains its magnificence and reflections of the man himself. Talia was our receptionist during the day and we found her helpful and considerate to us. All The Villa staff are courteous and offer support at every encounter. Highly recommend for a special stay.

Fun stay, a couple things to improve
Talia was very kind, as was most of the hotel staff, and the mansion on its own is fabulous. staying here was a treat, though the fire alarm went off overnight twice and there are certainly some restaurant staff that were disrespectful. i’d definitely stay here again but i hope that restaurant staff considers how much guests are paying and not to be so rude, especially when we must interact with them to enter and exit the building.
