Nice Place to Visit but I wouldn’t Live there
This is an expensive place for a unique experience. Large suites with over the top decor. A beautiful restaurant with above average cuisine. Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately our experience was marred by loud music from the restaurant and from the lobby until 10:30 to 11:00 PM. It was supposed to stop at 10:30, but one night it continued until after 11:00. It took two calls to the front desk to get music stopped. Because this we would not return.

Versace Mansion Impressive in Some Ways
The hotel is spectacularly gorgeous and the room was extraordinarily beautiful. The swimming pool is breathtaking. This is the former Giannii Versace mansion in South Beach. Bathroom was similarly beautiful. BUT it is really more of a restaurant and club than a hotel. Noisy at night with techno music when we were there Lots of activity. The pool is served by only four lounge chairs and is the backdrop for the restaurant, which gets quite busy. No one was in the water. But gorgeous I do recommend the restaurant (lunch, dinner) but the hotel aspect was secondary.

Disappointed
We stayed at this hotel for one night to celebrate a birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. From the very start, customer service was terrible. Despite sending multiple emails about special requests, the management never gave a clear response. They simply said they would “look into it” but never followed up. While the front desk and hostess staff were friendly, the management was unprofessional and dismissive. They placed our tables far apart instead of seating us together for the birthday, which was a big letdown. The waitstaff were snobbish at all meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—making the overall service unacceptable for the price we paid. I would never return here, and if you want a joyful celebration with good vibes, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.

A must visit in the heart of South Beach
Very cool Experience, the room had for Versace vibe all over. Staff was responsive and very welcoming , a wonderful stay.

Extraordinary experience!!! I will always stay here when I am in Miami. Talia was very helpful in front Desk and the waiters are amazing!
