Thank you!! I can’t thank Paul, the valet, enough for his help. I left my phone in the Uber and he did everything possible to get it back. He let me borrow his personal phone and communicated with the Uber driver via Spanish as there was a language barrier to secure my phone for me. This took over an hour. He didn’t have to do this and went out of his way to help me. I was traveling for business and I would have been a mess without my phone. Dulce at the front desk also asked if I was okay and assisted as well. I can’t thank these people enough for looking out for me. The hotel is nice, the people are nice, and all around, I would definitely come back. Thank you!!

Exceptional hotel right in the middle of the hot Miami scene! There for a business convention and had immense exposure to the hotel amenities. The food was fantastic at every event and in the bars and restaurants on site. The service was extremely polite and accommodating. Leandro was a huge part of the bar scene and convention area service. He was on top of every detail from mixing wonderful cocktails for our conference guests to making sure our display area was tidy and ready for work the next morning. Will be back for sure!

The renovation since last year has produced beautiful views and stylish comfort. We had everything we needed. A special thank you to Ntando- she went above and beyond her duty in assisting us and her friendly professional manner was excellent. People will return here when you have employees like her.

Stay here! I’m a very picky traveler and I was very pleased with Hotel AKA Brickell. Amazing from top to bottom! The room was immaculate and the decor is gorgeous. All the food I had was delicious, the bed was comfy, and the elevator is fast. Check in was seamless - plus I got the BEST welcoming service by Ntando. Loved her. I will be back next time I’m in town.
