Reviews for Four Seasons Hotel Miami

Loud Music, Paper Thin Walls

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

As I write this I am staying on an upper floor of this hotel. It is late in the evening and pounding, loud music is playing, probably from somewhere below (perhaps even a function space) and a couple in the room next to me are speaking and I can hear every word through the wall. Four Seasons, what has happened to you? Worst hotel I’ve experienced in Florida. And I travel here a lot.

Still the best in downtown Miami

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

The four seasons Miami is still a safe bet if you are looking to stay in the downtown area. I had stayed at this property a long time ago and was happy to see that it was kept fresh as it is usual with Four Seasons Hotels. The guest rooms seemed rather new although the bathrooms seemed like they needed some attention. Friendly staff and good restaurants.

Great amenities

The hotel is fantastic with great amenities. The rooms are luxurious and reasonably priced. The staff are super friendly and provide excellent service. The bed and pillows are really comfy for a good night's sleep. I highly recommend it.

Disappointing Four Seasons guest experience.....

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Four Seasons Mimi is not anywhere near the standard you would expect for the price point as well as how they compare to their overseas properties guest experience.. We were allocated an adjoining room and were kept awake by the noise coming from the guests next door throughout the night. No sound-propofing and could hear their TV, conversation and coughing. Asked to be moved the next day and very clear did not want another room with an adjoining door, waited until the afternoon, only to be allocated another room with an adjoining door. When we queried we were made to feel that we got what we requested and clearly had not been listened to. Also due to poor weather only one restaurant was open, which was really nice but would expect more choice of bars and restaurants at a 4 seasons. Would definitely not stay here again. Am still waiting for a copy of our bill despite chasing and being advised it would arrive by email.

Disappointing stay this time

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

Our stay this time was disappointing. The temperature controls in the shower in our room didn’t work well and WiFi does not work in most spaces around the hotel. We noticed the computers in the business room were nonfunctional and repeatedly asked the front desk if they could send an IT specialist to fix them but never received follow up (and computers were never fixed). The food at Edge was underwhelming although our waiter was lovely. Great Equinox classes with Penny Needle! Unfortunately this stay wasn’t as satisfactory as previous visits.
