The hotel is fantastic with great amenities. The rooms are luxurious and reasonably priced. The staff are super friendly and provide excellent service. The bed and pillows are really comfy for a good night's sleep. I highly recommend it.

Four Seasons Mimi is not anywhere near the standard you would expect for the price point as well as how they compare to their overseas properties guest experience.. We were allocated an adjoining room and were kept awake by the noise coming from the guests next door throughout the night. No sound-propofing and could hear their TV, conversation and coughing. Asked to be moved the next day and very clear did not want another room with an adjoining door, waited until the afternoon, only to be allocated another room with an adjoining door. When we queried we were made to feel that we got what we requested and clearly had not been listened to. Also due to poor weather only one restaurant was open, which was really nice but would expect more choice of bars and restaurants at a 4 seasons. Would definitely not stay here again. Am still waiting for a copy of our bill despite chasing and being advised it would arrive by email.

Our stay this time was disappointing. The temperature controls in the shower in our room didn’t work well and WiFi does not work in most spaces around the hotel. We noticed the computers in the business room were nonfunctional and repeatedly asked the front desk if they could send an IT specialist to fix them but never received follow up (and computers were never fixed). The food at Edge was underwhelming although our waiter was lovely. Great Equinox classes with Penny Needle! Unfortunately this stay wasn’t as satisfactory as previous visits.

Great property and amenities. The hotel's luxurious accommodations were reasonably priced. Level of service and friendliness from the staff was unsurpassed. The bed, linens, and pillows provided splendid comfort for sleep. Would highly recommend

There was a party next door, our baby couldn't sleep and no one cared about it. We contacted the service and the party kept going so we had a really bad night with our 1y old.. Can't recommend for families
