Reviews for JW Marriott Marquis Miami
We are gold members who have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. This stay has been the worst. The sinks are clogged and infested with mildew. I'm glad that our suite has a half bath with a workable sink. The television has been out of commission since we checked in on Friday. Management is blaming it on the weather, but it has not rained in over 24 hours. Lastly, I was erroneously charged for a yoga class that I later learned is included in the resort fee. This is a luxury hotel so we expect exceptional service. We will explore other options when choosing a Miami hotel in the future.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and modern but would give it up for a firm bed. Seems you sink right into them, not great for my back. I complained about the softness of the bed but they were unable to provide a solution.

I have stayed at this hotel before pre-cruise, and I really liked it. I was able to use points both times. My room was bigger this time (corner room) but last time the bathroom was huge. :) Still a spacious bathroom. I stayed in February, and by the time I got to the pool at 1:00 in the afternoon, there was no sun. The tall buildings around the hotel blocked it. The hot tub was nice though. Very friendly staff. You can walk to the Bayside Marketplace for shopping or to eat or get drinks. Both time I have been there, there was live music.

Beautiful property inside rooms large and clean very modern finish. We were checked in by Stephanie and upon learning we were celebrating our anniversary she upgraded our room to an executive suite and gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers. Check out DB Bistro especially if you like oysters. Staff everywhere were very accommodating and friendly, highly recommended.

Tucked away on Biscayne was this hotel... entrance was nice... great staff greet you at the door and wisk away your car... Lobby and front desk was great.. MY ROOM was awesome.. .I had a suite on the 41st floor... I was walking back with ice one night for champagne and they brought me a fridge to the room? Crazy great service... had an awesome breakfast there is even bowling and play room to entertain guests... the pool was alright... no action at all and was a little disappointing... maybe during the summer there is music and more people out there
