What a wonderful hotel!! Room was on the 41st floor, very clean and impressive!! Only issue I had was the 19th floor was closed for a private party and I really wanted to use that pool!! Staff was very nice and friendly, and there are a few stores around the block, including a CVS in case you forgot something.

Fantastic views of the water canals, beautiful rooms with very comfortable beds. Huge bathrooms with first class toiletries. Strong wifi, attentive and professional staff. This is an excellent hotel close to Miami Beach and Brikell Avenue. We will hopefully be back soon.

Nice hotel. Bad thing is, check in is at 4 pm and late check out if 4 pm.... so you might not get in your room at least an hour if not longer. The front desk wasn’t really apologetic either. Very much like “Eh, oh well...” very disappointing especially if your platinum members.

This is one of my favorite hotels for many many reasons. Great location: whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, you'll find that the hotel is a short walk from great restaurants and is convenient to get to anywhere in downtown area. I was able to go running and the paths are very nice! Also, just a short drive to South Beach. Gym is large and has plenty of cardio and weight equipment, and there is a sauna for you to relax on the spa floor. Pool doesn't get much much sun because of the surrounding buildings, but the view from the deck is pretty good!

Last week I attended a conference at the Hotel, all days I used the valet parking, On the second day of the conference my $200 sun glasses were removed from the center console of my car. I found the empty case on the glove compartment . In other words who ever took my glasses went through my belongings. Also the valet parking told me if I pay in cash to him , he will charge less than the cashier. I complained with the valet parking supervisor and the loss prevention manager, I never hear back from them. This is a high end hotel, but if you leave your belongings in your car , employees have a free pass to take whatever they want.
