Always a great stay here, but this one was extra mile-tastic, as I arrived late from a delayed flight, had to pick up a load of stuff from Front Desk and fly again first thing in the morning. The Front Desk team were super helpful and friendly via email in advance, and Guy and Andre helped get everything together and get me into my (lovely) room. All too soon they were there again to help me get shipped out, and Eduardo on the door team got me on my way to the airport with no hassles at all. Top notch service all around, next time I'll stay to experience it for longer!

Jardiel was fantastic. Went above and beyond to help me out. I couldn’t find my bag. Turns out I left it in my car. Jardiel made sure to grab it for me and bring it up. Was pleasant and made what could have been a bad experience wonderful. Two thumbs up.

Good rooms, clean, upscale and good vibe. Not noisy. Multiple stays here and it doesn’t disappoint. Would recommend for business or pleasure.

We love staying at the Epic, everyone is so friendly and nice you feel like family! Starting at the door Joan will get your luggage super quick he is the best! In the Reception you can look for Angel he’s the best and will get you the best room! In the pool please look for Jose, he is soo nice, he’s always aware of everyone’s needs, he remembers what you drink and if you need anything he will make it happen! In the Pool Bar Armando is the best barman ever! His drinks are delicious! In the restaurant Area 31 look for Juan he will give you the best service ever!
