Lovely hotel, staff and food were amazing. Very impressed with all the hotel has to offer. Would highly recommend convenient to all that Miami has to offer.

Expected a lot more given the Mandarin brand. I have previously stayed at the Mandarin in Geneva and Washington but this was very dated. Service was nice but had a few gripes. No coffee machine or clock in the room. Also the gym was the most bizarre for a gym; they literally converted several rooms to have some gym equipment.

From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out the service was exceptional! We were warmly welcomed by Timo at check-in who answered all my questions, recognized that I was a Fans of M.O member, and made sure we had everything we needed before going up to our room. I don't know his name, but a wonderful bar tender in the lounge granted my wish of making me a purple specialty cocktail that is no longer on the menu. It was delicious and so kind of him! On the last morning of our stay, Angela from room service was kind, caring, and greeted us warmly. She delivered our breakfast on time and with a cheerful demeanor. She made sure that the table was positioned perfectly and that all of our food was perfect as well. Excellent attention to detail and very much appreciated!

If you're looking for a slice of luxury in the heart of Miami, look no further than the Mandarin Oriental. My experience here was nothing short of incredible. The room was cozy, the breathtaking views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect... what else could you ask for? My favorite part was walking along the key and over the bridge into the city. What a fun place to explore. And thank you to Kim (SH) at the front desk! She really took care of us.

Another fantastic experience at the Mandarin. From the arrival to the checkout experience, everything was 5-star. Kudos to the valet and restaurant, where I enjoyed breakfast. I often stay here in South Florida, and it never disappoints.
