Trump National Doral Miami

My stay at Trump National Doral was absolutely wonderful, and Patrick played an enormous part in making the experience so memorable. From the moment I arrived, he provided the highest level of hospitality and went above and beyond to accommodate me throughout my entire stay. Patrick was attentive, professional, gracious, and genuinely committed to ensuring that every detail was handled perfectly. He consistently anticipated my needs and made me feel like a truly valued guest. His warmth, kindness, and dedication to exceptional service were evident in every interaction. It is rare to encounter a manager who combines such professionalism with such sincere personal attention. Our experience at the Donald Trump National Hotel was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! From the moment we arrived, everything was beautiful, welcoming, and exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and relaxing, making it easy to feel right at home. The pool was absolutely beautiful and spacious—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day. The entire property was stunning, from the elegant lobby to the beautiful event spaces. What truly stood out, though, was the service. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made us feel special and genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. The event was also wonderful and beautifully organized. Everything came together perfectly, and the atmosphere was exceptional. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and I would highly recommend the Donald Trump National Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay, relax, celebrate, and create wonderful memories. We absolutely loved our time there and cannot wait to come back! ❤️

One holds high expectations for a Trump property and this mostly meets them. However, in the particular room where I was, maintenance was needed on the shower faucet. It was not enough for me to have people slogging around during my stay, but it is something the housekeeping should have identified and didn’t. The staff is clearly facing challenges. The manager is very present, which is great, but the staff falls short in some places—parking, bell service is the most evident. The bell staff is under trained, and it shows from the moment of arrival. It’s unfortunate, because it sets a bad tone, and most of the rest were up to par. Housekeeping is friendly and helpful, but not always thorough—again, unfortunate because some were great. So this might be a supervision issue and not identifying talent that needs more training. The lobby areas are beautiful, as one would expect. The overall property is wonderful and relaxing, but there is a feel of staff doing things other than serving guests. At times it was hard to find someone to help.

Every time we come to Florida, we make an effort to come to Trump doral. We aren’t rich but we feel it’s such a special experience. It just makes you feel you are in a completely diff place. Everything is nice and the staff is always helpful.

I have visited this beautiful property twice this month for Spa Month. I was fortunate enough to get the same masseuse Susan Quisoe. She is very professional. I received one of the best massages ever. We later went to the outdoor pool and enjoyed a perfect day of sunshine alongside great cocktails and food. Our waiter George is also very professional and gave us all excellent service. Thank you all for this great experience. Hope to see you soon again!
