Trump National Doral Miami in Miami, Florida
The crown jewels of Trump National Doral Miami are its golf courses, 90 holes of PGA-worthy turf that include The Blue Monster, Greg Norman’s Great White and Raymond Floyd’s gold course. Trump acquired the Doral property in 2012 and has since given it a $250 million facelift. Rooms were renovated in a warm neutral palette with mahogany and gold leaf Spanish Revival details, and luxe cabanas flank the new Royal Palm Pool. There are 800 acres and almost as many rooms at Trump National Doral, making the resort a city in itself.
Pick up a croissant and coffee at the French-style pastry shop. Take a morning stroll through acres of manicured grounds and bask in the Florida sun. Indulge in a hydrating cocoon spa treatment, which starts with olive grain exfoliation and ends with a shea butter wrap. Share a porterhouse for two and a fine bottle of Napa cabernet.

Reviews for Trump National Doral Miami
Spent 2 days, hotel is split up into many buildings all named after famous golfers except for the biggest one, named after the Donald. There are staff available to drive you from one event to the next, grounds are beautiful, rooms are big, clean, very comfortable. Pool was nice, staff everywhere to help with everything.

Stayed for 3 days, beautiful property. Food was outstanding, all kosher and they did a marvelous job. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One shout out I have to do because she was simply lovely is to Ana Eijo from Cuba. She was on top of it with our table the entire evening and extremely pleasant. The property had everything we needed onsite, wonderful stay

Amazing property. So gorgeous! Five star service .....staff is so friendly, classy and very attentive. Love the gorgeous pool area. The cabanas are fabulous with comfortable sofas, television, cocktails etc. We sat in our cabana from afternoon to early eavening enjoying cocktails (Cool Cucumber gin) and fresh cevichi, listening to music as we watched the full moon rise above Miami. So memorable! The rooms and bathrooms are magnificently decorated and well appointed. The classiest and most luxurious bathrooms.

As a Miami resident I have always driven by the Trump National and never really went in. However, this past weekend my husband and I decided to have a mini staycation away from the kids. Overall, Trump National exceeded our expectations. The hotel grounds are alluring, beautiful gardens and elegant architecture. The amazing service is really what makes this hotel stand out from the rest. The staff was very attentive and helped us with our every need. We had a couples massage, had brunch at the Champs bar, and ordered room service. Everything was so perfect. We had no complaints. So if you are thinking about coming here, don’t think anymore! Just book it! You will not be dissapointed!
I was reluctant to stay at the Trump National Doral. My friends are golfers and they chose the hotel...I am not a golfer. My stay was O.K. The room was pretty good and we did get a favorable rate. Lots of little issues during the stay...nothing totally important, but the cumulative effect left me wanting more service. The service culture felt almost like a Steppford Wife situation. We always got the positive answers like "of course ,sir", "right away" and "no problem"...but the little details were always fuzzy. I am calling it fake fancy. They tried to be super-customer service oriented...but something gets lost in translation. The reservation process was cumbersome and inefficient. It took 48 hours to get an e-mail confirmation. The reservation manager blamed that on an "IT issue". Our most important consideration for the group was to have our rooms in close proximity. They forgot to do that. I actually came a day early and was assigned arguably the worst room in the place...immediately above the golf cart maintenance area...very noisy all day long. They managed to move me...but our entire group was spread out amongst several villas (see #1 concern above). Eventually it all got worked out. The Spa, and fitness center were OK...nothing fancy. It seemed like the place had a lot of stuff under construction (showers, steam, elevators etc). The pool...totally underwhelming. I guess I had higher expectations for this luxury property...and those expectations were not met. I also felt like the nickle and dimed us on small stuff. Bike rentals, automatic service fee's etc. All-in-all my stay was OK, but I wanted better than that. It all worked out in the end. We had fun, spent time together, had some laughs...but next time I plan to take another option.
