Trump National Doral Miami in Miami, Florida
The crown jewels of Trump National Doral Miami are its golf courses, 90 holes of PGA-worthy turf that include The Blue Monster, Greg Norman’s Great White and Raymond Floyd’s gold course. Trump acquired the Doral property in 2012 and has since given it a $250 million facelift. Rooms were renovated in a warm neutral palette with mahogany and gold leaf Spanish Revival details, and luxe cabanas flank the new Royal Palm Pool. There are 800 acres and almost as many rooms at Trump National Doral, making the resort a city in itself.
Pick up a croissant and coffee at the French-style pastry shop. Take a morning stroll through acres of manicured grounds and bask in the Florida sun. Indulge in a hydrating cocoon spa treatment, which starts with olive grain exfoliation and ends with a shea butter wrap. Share a porterhouse for two and a fine bottle of Napa cabernet.

Reviews for Trump National Doral Miami
Stayed here on a 4 day business trip. Don’t let the name of the resort sway you, it is really quite nice. Grounds are beautiful and well kept. Rooms are large and well appointed. Was pleasantly surprised to have exhaust fans in the shower. Not many hotels have this feature and it’s quite nice. The bed and pillows are amazing! I was impressed with the service. The people that work for the resort are very friendly and accommodating. I spoke with quite a few of the workers and found that the resort has a very international staff. I tried a few restaurants here and the food was tasty and generous without being too much. I was impressed by the business food and snacks. As mentioned previously I was here for a 4 day conference. The conference food served was not your average rubber chicken but a good selection of tasty food. An attendant was never far away to assist if needed. I would recommend this resort and stay again.

Had a lovely weekend at Trump National Doral. Played the Red Tiger course and it was in terrific condition. All the staff members we encountered were very helpful and you could see that they put customer service first. We stayed in the Jack Nicholas Villa building. Lovely furnishings and the lobby was always spotless. The young woman who worked in the coffee shop was very sweet. She welcomed us each morning with a smile and a great attitude. My one negative was the in room coffee was an expresso machine not a regular coffee pot.

There is no actual hotel with rooms. Rooms are in different sections, Sam Snead, Arnold Palmer, etc. buildings. The buildings are not directly linked to the main section. The rooms are large and quite spacious. Ours had a large balcony with chairs and a table. The decor is quite nice. Room service is available. Nice bars and the food was very good. Drinks are very expensive. We paid $60.00 for 3 liquor drinks!!

We stayed just overnight on our way down to the Keys and I didn't want to leave! The service was impeccable. We checked in at about 10:25pm and, for some reason, walked in with a crowd so there were 5 parties ahead of us in line. Even at that late hour, employees appeared from everywhere to man the check-in desk and help us get comfortable quickly. We stayed in the Sam Snead building just next door to the main building. A very pleasant and enthusiastic bellman drove us over in a golf cart and got us settled in our room. He got us ice without asking and showed us how to work the balcony door which has two locks and is a little confusing. Wish I'd gotten his name- he is a gem! The room was very comfortable. Cribs are a bit small but comfortable for our daughter. The TV was huge! We had a nice breakfast in the morning- about $25pp for the buffet which looked great but we ordered a la carte. We took a walk around the grounds before leaving and they are impeccable. The pool area was gorgeous- we were just disappointed that the water slide didn't open until 11 (but I understand!!). The only slight shortcoming was that online checkout wasn't available when we were ready to go. So I filled out the checkout card and left it with the room keys in the designated mailbox in the lobby. I didn't receive a copy of the bill by email so I had to email and request it. Slight inconvenience. We can't wait for our next stay at Trump Doral!

We were staying at the Trump Doral for a business conference, so we were not there to play golf. However, we LOVED staying there. It obviously had wonderful golf courses. The staff makes you feel so special, and the resort has spared no expense in making this an exceptional resort. The food was always something to rave about. After a few times venturing out into the neighborhood, we realized how easy it was to find our way around; and the drive to the airports (either Miami or Ft. Lauderdale) was so simple. If it's a possibility for you, do stay at this resort!
