We have stayed twice during last 2 years and will be happy to return- why: - 4 star hotel with great price quality in Milan - 10 minutes Metro to Center - spacious and safe parking while arriving by car. Ca 45 minutes walking to downtown - nice spa with swimming pool and 2 saunas to relax after walking. For some rooms it might not be included but as we booked 2 rooms and were returning we got this free of charge despite having the simplest rooms - Breakfast offer is a good buffet with plenty to choose from - Good service!

Loved the room, traditional European, elegant style, spacious and very comfortable. Had it been summer, we would have gone out into the lovely garden too. Staff was welcoming and we enjoyed the spa and cocktails at the bar. Convenient for the metro too, in a quiet, pleasant location, not too far from the centre.

The team at the Visconti Palace provided support for a large conference I was organising nearby. The team were beyond helpful, welcoming and professional. They took superb care of all of my guests and made my role as conference organiser much easier. Even at the last moment when delegates were chopping and changing they were calm, responsive and accommodating. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for service.

It looked lovely on the internet, and the rooms and facilities are super. However the breakfast room (which is used for dinners as well) can clearly be heard from two floors up. We moved to the other side and could hear bathroom usage and even a drunken amorous encounter after the dinner which had been taking place. I don't know whether anything can be done about how much you can stop sound travelling from bed and bath rooms, but there really is no reason they couldn't carpet the breakfast room as it is very disturbing. The staff were professional and pleasant, the spa was nice.

A great hotel in an easy to find location, very convenient for the metro. Everyone one on the front desk was super welcoming, especially Waldo! We had a decent sized twin room, nice and quiet despite facing the street. We had the pool, sauna and jacquzzi to ourselves.
