This has been a good place, very welcoming and most especially the services at the bar by Mr. Henry! Will live to remember and i hope i fly in againa and again and use the same.facility and also refer friends!!! On the other hand, the breakfast aspect needs some improvement as the food served is not ipto standard! I expected pure juice not reconstituted juice...!!! The beacon and sausages are not upto high quality standard.

I’m sad to leave a low review of this hotel, however due to the health impact of being unable to continue essential physio due to disability, the enjoyment of the rest of my trip was impacted significantly due to water retention and pain as a result of no pool use. We booked through LastMinute.com and they did not advise of the additional fees to use the pool. We were shocked that the price was €20 euros per person, per hour, per day - that would have been €200 to use the pool facilities for one hour each day of our five day trip (as a disabled person, it takes longer for me to change / get in and out of the pool etc and I mandatory need another person for safety) this is an excessive cost, especially as the pool isn’t particularly special and as I cannot make use of full facilities and need someone to assist me, no reduced price was offered. This is disappointing, because the hotel itself is beautiful, clean, atmospheric. The staff are all wonderful. Dinner in the restaurant was a delight, a real treat. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully dressed. Extra pillows were provided to assist with my disability. The amenities were lovely. Rooms were cleaned daily. Unfortunately the aircon is limited due to the Italian government, the lowest is 22c - so if you have heat intolerance due to conditions like I do and experience heat induced seizures, be aware no matter how much you reduce the aircon on the panel, it will be limited to 22c at the lowest. The bathroom fan didn’t appear to work, so when my daughter had a shower or I had a bath, there was water dripping from the light fittings and down the mirror - we opened the windows to help dry out the bathroom as it was 37c outside - but the fan in 345 needs addressing to prevent damage to the bathroom. Lots of people complaining the minibar was expensive, but I disagree. All the items were reasonable priced in my opinion - though there is a Lidl a very short walk away where you can buy what you need if you prefer. The continental breakfast delivered to our room was quite expensive for what it was. The continental box for two people had a 2 pastries, 2 croissants, 4 small rolls of bread, two pre-packaged mini slices of toast, three small jars of jam and a small jar of honey, two coffees €48 (including €8 room service) this seems a little overpriced, especially when the toast isn’t even freshly toasted and arrives in plastic. The location is fantastic, 10 minutes to airport!
