This hotel, staff, facilities and food was second to none. We arrived with our three kids aged 6-13 and were treated amazingly. The room was grand and spacious, cleanliness of hotel was incredible. Spa facilities and winter gardens fabulous. Easy walk into the centre of Milan or short taxi or train ride in.

It looks a bit dated on the outside but what a fantastic hotel inside. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. We arrived just after noon and expected to not have access to our rooms until later in the afternoon but they very kindly sorted us out to our rooms straight away. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and perfectly prepared. You have absolutely every possible need catered for. All the toiletries are provided, there are hot drink making facilities, there is a lockable safe, ample storage with hangers, good size TV. There is even a shoe horn to help you put on your shoes. You are also provided with very comfy bath robes which are very handy for the spa and pool. We went out for our evening meal and on our return they had left us some chocolates on the bed and prepared some comfy slippers next to each side of the bed. A very nice touch. The bed was also extremely comfortable. The double glazing insulates the street noise below which you can't hear at all. There is free Wifi throughout with very good connectivity in the room and elsewhere as well as very good speed. We were treated to a complementary entry to the pool and spa. The pool is much larger than your normal hotel pool and comfortably warm. They also have a Jacuzzi, a dry sauna and a wet Turkish sauna. The breakfast was amazing. A huge assortment of choices with pretty much anything you could possibly want for breakfast. They even have a machine that makes fresh pancakes on the spot. You press a button and a minute later out pops a delicious freshly made pancake. There is a wide assortment of jams in lovely little jars as well as a fresh yogurt dispensing machine as well as an assortment of yogurts of many flavours in tubs. There were lots of cheeses, meats, bread, cakes, fruit, cereals, etc.. The waitress was very polite and attentive and brings you your choice of hot drink coffee, tea, capuccino, etc... We really enjoyed the breakfast catering. The location is right next to the Lodi Metro station so its 4 stops away from the Duomo where most of the tourist hotspots are located. Its only 1.5 Euro per person for 90min ticket that gives you access to the metro and the trams. Its also conveniently located for Linate Airport. We took a taxi from the hotel to Linate and it was only 17Euro. Mind it was mid afternoon so not peak traffic time. It may be more expensive during peak traffic time. A really fantastic hotel and would highly recommend it.

We regret that we were only able to stay one night, but we made full use of our time there. Not quite central, but close to the Metro and easy access from the airport and to get around as a result. Beautiful gardens and a most excellent pool and spa area. Huge breakfast selection. Comfortable and elegant rooms. Close tram ride to the Naviglio Grand canal area for a lovely walk about and dinner in the evening.

From the moment we drove up to the front door till we left 2 days later this place was FABULOUS. Well appointed rooms and we had free voucher for spa and pool access. Parking under the hotel.was easy and only €18 for 2r hrs. Wide selection for bfast and only 4 stops on the metro from the Duomo. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely weekend here with friends. Only took about 20 mins from the airport and quite centrally located. In all we had 4 rooms between us. Ours was lovely. The tv didn't appear to work but it wasn't something we needed. It had a lovely large shower and very comfortable double bed. Two of the other bedrooms had singles pushed together which weren't so great and but they had showers over a bath rather than large showers. The bar was nice, tucked off to the right of the entrance. The staff were all very helpful. Though I was a very late arrival they sent my luggage up to the room so I could join friends in the bar. Breakfast was very good. Even though we weren't there much before 10 am each day there was still lots of choice (fruit, toast, pancakes, eggs, bacon etc). We didn't use the pool but were told by those that had it is lovely and clean...just remember your swim hat and children are only allowed in at certain times.
