The hotel itself is excellent.Great facilities, beautiful gardens, and wonderful food. The service is first class and I was made to feel special. As it was my son's 21st birthday Bernie couldn't of been more helpful going above and beyond and making it an experience to remember. The location is just over a mile outside the city but with a metro station just round the corner it was perfect to explore Milan.

The hotel is very nice and a bit underrated to me. It's much better than many 5* hotel throughout Europe. It accommodates very good facilities like private garden, swimming pool, fitness, fine dining on the top floor and one of the best concierge service.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The facilities were great and breakfast was lovely but mainly it was due to the staff who we found to be courteous and very helpful. We had asked for a room that was both quiet and had a great view of the garden and got exactly this. The rooms were well equipped, had robes, toiletries that were restocked daily and included a separate conditioner, good quality beds and linen. The beds were turned down in the evening a a chocolate left for each guest. I wasn't sure if the star ratings abroad would be the equivalent to that of the UK but this definitely felt like a 4 star hotel. There only seemed to be a few bars and restaurants close to the hotel but to be fair we didn't really look round much in the vicinity as the metro is only a few minutes walk away and trains come every few minutes and take you to everywhere you would want to go - Duomo is four stops less than 10 minutes away. We visited a great area called Navigli which has lots of bars and restaurants and is buzzing in the evening - it's about 25 minutes walk from the hotel or about 15 mins in a taxi -about 13 Euro - definitely worth a visit. We loved the hotel that much that we gave up an afternoon planned for sightseeing to spend some time there. My only feedback would it would be good if there were a few more sunbeds available for use outdoors. We look forward to staying at the hotel again at some point and will certainly be recommending the hotel to our friends and family.

Travelled with my sister - had a twin room, gold coat hangers, lovely big bathroom. Quiet room and hotel, great massage and breakfast had lots of options. Reception and concierge staff were very helpful and friendly, and as I can't speak Italian, they spoke my language for me.

Stayed for 3 nights with husband and son. Both rooms were clean elegant with very comfortable beds. The hotel and grounds were immaculate and peaceful retreat from the bustle of Milan. The staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast good quality with plenty of choice. Nearest Metro station 5 mins walk and within four stops you are in the main area of Milan. Bonus of a lovely spa as well . This hotel is highly recommended as a place to stay for a break in Milan for me it ticked all the boxes and I would not hesitate to stay again.
