Had a really enjoyable stay at Sina the Gray - rooms were really spacious, comfortable with great amenities. It was the perfect location in the centre of town, opposite the Duomo! Would recommend for anyone visiting for business or wanting to visit the sites.

This is a very unique boutique hotel located right at the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Since it is located on a very narrow street with many pedestrians it was a bit of a struggle to find it/get there with car but the hotel offers valet service. Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect! Upon check-in we were offered to upgrade our room to the Galleria Suite (I think), which was huge and stunning. The Galleria Suite offers a magnificent view of the galleria and you can observe the crowds and the busy pedestrians from your window. From this room you can also get a view of the Duomo, which was so stunning. Furthermore the amenities of the rooms were excellent. The bathroom has a HUGE jacuzzi and the lighting is perfect! The room has many modern features as well. The location of this hotel is one of the greatest features. You can walk to many grand attractions and there are tons of shopping and fine dining options nearby. I would def. recommend this hotel, and we surely would choose to stay here again.

Room very small almost claustrophobic, bathroom door impossible to keep closed - Bad location, right off Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, a nightmare to get a cab from there, full of immigrants selling their stuff right out of the hotel door. Never again.

Location was superb for Duomo and other key sites. We went for early visit to Duomo on the Sunday and avoided the queues. Also close to shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful and we had breakfast included. Would thoroughly recommend it.
