I stayed at this hotel for one night while in Milan on business. The service was fantastic and I got a complimentary upgrade which was very kind of them. However, compared to other hotels in Milan for a similar price, the rooms are very small. Added to this the queen size bed in my room was 2 twin beds rolled together with no mattress cover as most hotels do. The twin beds were at slightly different heights and made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Considering that the hotel considers itself luxury and is at a luxury hotel price point, I would not stay here again.

Had a really enjoyable stay at Sina the Gray - rooms were really spacious, comfortable with great amenities. It was the perfect location in the centre of town, opposite the Duomo! Would recommend for anyone visiting for business or wanting to visit the sites.

This is a very unique boutique hotel located right at the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Since it is located on a very narrow street with many pedestrians it was a bit of a struggle to find it/get there with car but the hotel offers valet service. Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect! Upon check-in we were offered to upgrade our room to the Galleria Suite (I think), which was huge and stunning. The Galleria Suite offers a magnificent view of the galleria and you can observe the crowds and the busy pedestrians from your window. From this room you can also get a view of the Duomo, which was so stunning. Furthermore the amenities of the rooms were excellent. The bathroom has a HUGE jacuzzi and the lighting is perfect! The room has many modern features as well. The location of this hotel is one of the greatest features. You can walk to many grand attractions and there are tons of shopping and fine dining options nearby. I would def. recommend this hotel, and we surely would choose to stay here again.
