The moment we entered the hotel , we felt something was wrong. The decoration looks awful in the reception. The staff is super friendly and efficient in the check in process. We reserved a junior suite and when entering we were shocked. The rug is really worn, the sofa is so uncomfortable ! It seems like an elephant was sitting in it for a month. The floor lamp is broken, the furniture is scratched , the nespresso machine not working !!! And the worst of it is the red “theater like “ curtains are covered with dust and made me allergic immediately. Location js good , in Brera neighborhood, all kind of restaurants and cofee places around. Conveniently located near The Scala and Il Duomo. I believe this hotel needs some work , for 350 Euros /night I expected something better.

The staff in this hotel were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are unbearably small, poorly furnished and completely sub-standard for the cost of the hotel. Breakfast was good which at least left us feeling ok on the way out.

Great little hotel with fabtasic balcony to green garden. Good rooms and fantastic bathroom. Reception with excellent service attitude (Andrea you are one of the kind, thx). Good smart parking (although it is tough to get there with car with all one way streets :)). Excellent brakfast and the live harp music really makes it special. Will come again!

My husband and I stay here six to eight times a year as we go in and out of Italy. A delightful small hotel, beautifully located, near to La Scala, the luminous Brera District and Museum, and the Palazzo Real. Warm front desk service, rooms that are pleasant, clean and quiet, if not particularly spacious (it’s Milan, people!). They recently helped us secure tickets to La Scala, we have arranged a couple of times to have our bags picked up and sent to the U.S., they have a pleasant bar and the breakfast is more than adequate. Do not ever imagine that you can book a room here during Fashion Week, however! It is appropriately priced for its location.

First, staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Location is within 10 - 20 minutes walking slowly to most attractions. Rooms are comfortable but less expensive rooms are slightly small compared to US hotels. Bathrooms are large and modern. Breakfast buffet is extensive and excellent. Huge selection of pastries. Nice rooftop lounge with OK views. Only con is price for a glass ofwine in lobby bar - incredibly expensive by any standard. Would recommend and stay again if back in Milan.
