I was placed in a classic single room. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Incredibly tasty and varied breakfasts accompanied by the sounds of the harp. The staff is very polite. Wi-fi works well. Ideal location to see all the sights. No disadvantages.

Prime location, hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good recommendations helped us navigate the city. The breakfast was top notch, with prompt service. Roof top bar was a bit of a miss. The rooms were typical EU size (small), but well furnished and very clean. The shower was wonderful. We highly recommend staying here and will do so next time we are in Milan.

The bed was very big and nice. The shower was good. The hotel was overall nice. There isn't much of a lobby area, but I think this might be common in Italian hotels. The bar is quite small and not open as you come in, kind of behind this curtain. I've no idea what it's like, I've never been there. We didn't use the Sky Terrace because I read on reviews that it was quite noisy beside the streets and also read online that the first drink could be €22, and then you get some food with it, which we didn't want. So we didn't look into this, and I do think it needs to be booked. The biggest negative was that there is no smart TV. The TV has internet and YouTube, but it doesn't work. Impossible to use it. So we had no Netflix or anything for my stay. And you couldn't cast either. So for non-drinkers, it was annoying in the evening to not have this. and the room was quite small. The size looks good on booking.com, but that's probably just including the hallway part of the room. It does have a good location but the nearest shop to get water was a 10 minute walk. Also surprised the room did not come with any complementary water. I am giving it a 7 because for paying 1,357 for 4 nights you'd expect a smart TV and a bigger room and a nice spacious lobby area.

Lovely old hotel in a great location. We were greeted warmly on arrival and found each & every staff member to be very friendly. However Mathijs ( front office manager) was outstanding with his excellent customer service. He exceeded our expectations & was so warm & welcoming he is a fantastic manager Thank you Mathijs !

We stayed for a weekend in December and it was our first visit to Milan. Location was great within walking distance to the main sights and also close to the railway station with trains to the airport. Well-equipped room with focus on sustainability and it also had a small terrace/balcony. Spacious bathroom with all amenities. Breakfast was more on the continental side and lacked a bit of hot foods. But good quality and accompanied by live harp music every morning.
