There are so many great hotels in Milan now, the Mandarin, the Four Seasons, even the Grand Hyatt. While once many many years ago this was a good hotel standards have fallen so low that if you are going to spend the large amounts it costs to stay at a hotel like this you need to stay elsewhere if you want a quality Milanese experience. I genuinely do not remember the last time I've had such bad quality guest experience service. You'll get better at two star hotels. The team were unable to help me with the most basic, simple of tasks. They were argumentative, they were rude. The front desk were literally horrified by the way I was treated by the guest experience team prior to my arrival. Rooms are dated. No coffee machines. Toiletries are basic which is odd for a five star hotel like this. Davide on front desk was very nice. I'll never go back, though. I really recommend that if you are looking for a high quality hotel for your trip to Milan you look elsewhere. There's a lot of great places in Milano these days.

The rooms are very nice, great service. The air works well and the bed very comfortable. Close to subway and trolley line. The restaurant and bar. Rey expensive. Nice gym and beautiful pool on deck 10.

One of the most beautiful European hotels I've stayed in. Huge rooms and bathrooms with every amenity. Very pricey room service. Excellent service overall. I especially appreciated the free shuttle to the Duomo and historic center. An expensive hotel but you get what you pay for.

A faultless stay at The Principe di Savoia! This is a true Grande Dame Hotel well located within walking distance of The Fashion District, The Duomo, La Scala, and the best of Milan. For those who don’t wish to walk flat for fifteen to twenty minutes, the hotel provides a complimentary car service. Our room was lovely, with a marble bathroom, and a large private terrace. The service throughout the stay was faultless. Breakfast was a real highlight each morning, with a great choice, and beautiful surroundings. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel, but did have a Campari spritz or two in the bar, which felt buzzy and special. We would highly recommend The Principe di Savoia, and would certainly stay again.

Beautiful hotel and good service. The only disadvantage could be that it's 20 to 25 minutes walking to the main tourist areas.
