This hotel is our favourite in Milan. We've been here many times and haven't had any disappointments yet. The rooms are spacious and everything is in great shape. The service is very friendly and their breakfast is simply the best! Not cheap though.

The service of the hotel is excellent! People very nice, and the quality of the food is good! Room service is fast and with quality! Parking of the car is expensive, spatially if you have a big car! The location of the hotel is good but if you dibt have a car better chose an hotel in the middle of the city! if not you have a taxi station just in front of the hotel (better speak Italian with e taxi drivers :) The breakfast was outstanding!

I travelled to Milan to meet my daughter who had been studying abroad. After a long flight, what a pleasure it was to be welcomed into this gorgeous property which was only exceeded by the customer service. The front desk immediately made me feel at home and advised me of a room upgrade. What a pleasant surprise! The room was extremely spacious and beautifully appointed. The extremely large bathroom was a special delight. Upon returning to our room after touring, we were greeted with a bottle of champagne. We were too tired to venture far for dinner so we stopped in the Principe Bar where they offered us whatever was available in the other restaurants. My pasta alla Norma was delicious. We were also given arancini balls to sample. Our server Sylvia was extremely helpful and accommodating. When she realized we weren't sure about ordering dessert, she brought us a complimentary tray of chocolates. The level of service at the entire hotel was outstanding. We will definitely be returning.

I now stay regularly after receiving an amazing customer service experience from Marco, one of the managers. The car parking is a bit steep on price at 40euros a day for a small car. Overall, very satisfied and great service.
