New for me in Milan was the central Classic true luxury Principe di Savoia. Newly renovated with rooms so comfortable and gorgeous so you do not want to leave the room, that is the best compliment for a big city hotel. The bar is intimate and cozy and the lobby bar is ā€the placeā€ to be seen during high season such as Fashionweek. The restaurant is fenomenal with the crystal certain Chambre SeparĆ©. The service is the best in Milan and the concierge can get you about eveything. The swimmingpool and gym on the rooftop offers an outside terrace with a 360 view of Milan.

This hotel is a majestic ā€œGrand Dameā€ of Milan. We were upgraded from a Comfort Room to a Jr. Suite, which was a welcome gift as we had to be here for a number of days. The dining room is elegant and serves excellent meals. The foyer and lobby are Old World, and yet very welcoming. The staff is constantly smiling - you are constantly being greeted as you walk down the corridors. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

As expected by a hotel of this class, this hotel is truly luxurious and elegant! The rooms are well appointed and the attention to detail in the daily turn down is impressive. Breakfast was amazing but I was put off by the prices for dinner.

I was there before renovation in 80ties and after a very long time I spend 2 nights last week. Hotel was a luxury hotel and it is still luxury hotel with all modern amenities. Everybody goes out of his way to be helpful and lots of goodwill around. Everybody smiles which is very important to start the day.

This is one of the best hotels that I have ever experienced in continental Europe. The historic property is immaculate and very convenient. The service is unmatched and the staff thoughtful and helpful. This is a hotel which you will read about in literature and will not be disappointed. Stay here and you will not want to leave.
