The lobby of this hotel is beautiful The breakfast is great The bar is good and the dinner restaurant “Miami” I think it’s called is wonderful That is where the good stuff ends The rooms are small with no chair just a tiny stool and extremely cheap floors some kind of laminate The walls are paper thin you will hear everything your neighbours do even at 3 am I would not stay here if you are a woman travelling alone There is the ability for anyone to get to any floor without staying there I got trapped in the elevator one morning and once I got out I told them and they said oh yeah we heard I said “well put a sign up “ so dumb The location is nowhere near anything you want to see

When F1 comes to Monza, this is a busy place. Reception staff were busy talking to each other before one finally welcomed us. Room was good with many amenities. Weird low frequency noise in rooms on the 5th floor, especially in the morning. Something on the roof? Breakfast was complete chaos. Doesn’t F1 happen every year? How can you not be prepared. Ran out of plates, glasses and places to sit. Came back for dinner and they were way under staffed and couldn’t keep up. Waited 45 minutes for our bill after asking 3 times. Some customers left after waiting an hour to be served. A highlight was Emil at the bar. He provided excellent service and was a genuinely nice person.

Location is in a quiet part of Milan but the metro is right around the corner and takes you to the tourist and city center in 10 min easy trip. It was a simple 10 min walk to the conference center and CityLife area. There was a problem with my room and the hotel management kindly moved me to a different and much better room. I recommend the rooms on a higher floor and not facing the courtyard. The restaurant on site is excellent and the lobby is welcoming with kind staff. Overall a comfortable stay and would stay again.

POOR! Zero tolerance towards children. If the kids bother you that much then maybe consider making this an adults only hotel! As we waited for our transfers to arrive. The kids were calm and being playful. Camilla thought it was a good idea to end what was our pleasant trip with a negative experience when she told us to tell the children to be quiet and that 'we had been here a long time' Rude, disrespectful and patronising to say the least. As a family we mind our own business and just try to create beautiful memories for our children. We pride ourselves on discipline, politeness and boundaries and when unkindness and unprofessional behaviours are uncalled for, it will definitely be highlighted both personally via front desk and be met with an honest review so that others with young families are made aware that this hotel is not child-friendly. if we were a fussy family and moaned all the time then we could have made a big deal about the fact that the TV did not work in 1 room and that one of our main doors remained open at all times because the rubber was damaged- we asked for it to be sorted- they came looked and claimed it was fixed but a slight push and the door opened again- we couldn't keep anything valuable in that room because it simply didn't shut or lock. We actually slept in that room with young children which was unsafe but we didnt want to annoy the front desk constantly. However we left it and carried on about our holiday. But to come and say you guys are loud and have been here a while, trying to shoo us off was just not needed! Pros: Visually aesthetic Metro is a 2 minute walk, a mcDs 3 minutes away ... and that's literally it Cons: u need a taxi or metro to get from almost all places such as lotto to central or duomo No local shop close by for snacks Mosquito problem in rooms. Even if got bit loads in the bed, and I never get bitten on holidays A bunch of sour-faced adults that clearly have no children or understand what its like to have children and should definitely not be in the tourism and hospitality sector. All smiles when you enter as obviously your a paying guest- but soon as that check out happens their true colours show. The 1 star represents how we felt as a family before we left! No guest should be made to feel like that. Finally, apart from the hotel staff, we had a lovely time exploring Milan and much of the community we came across where very kind and welcoming and where really playful with our young children. If you want to see the beautiful city of Milan, I would recommend staying in Central Milan or in and around the areas of Duomo unless you dont mind the Metro travel. And if you have very young children please stay in a kid-friendly hotel so that your experience is not ruined by some inconsiderate folk.

I stay at this hotel often for work, and overall it has always been a great experience. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is welcoming. I would especially like to recognize Costantino, the bartender. A few colleagues and I stopped by the bar for a drink after dinner in the city, and he truly made the evening memorable. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were impeccable. Beyond that, he was warm, engaging, and genuinely passionate about his craft. We all left feeling happy to have met him. Costantino is a wonderful asset to the hotel, and I look forward to seeing him again on a future stay.
