I chose this place because so close to the Duomo and they had a bathtub. Our Room was so beautiful Took a train to Milan Centrale. Then a cab to the hotel. The hotel was amazing and great location. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping that are walkable close by. The staff World Class Service. They were so excited and happy and so helpful. Highly recommend this place.

This was the best hotel experience I have had in a very long time. If you are looking for an exceptional hotel experience in Milan, I am not sure how this can be beat. We travel a lot, and can be very particular about the service we get in most any setting. There was not a single thing we can fault in this hotel--I can hardly believe I just said that...

We stayed at the Park Hyatt Milano, and we had a great time. I want to recognize some of the members of the Concierge team. Roberto Mellina, Marcello Confalonieri and Nicola Balitro. They made our stay unforgettable. The hotel is A+ and the location is prime. We recommend the hotel 100%

Beautiful recently renovated property in the heart of Milan. Service is spectacular. Every single interaction with a staff member was delightful. Breakfast is phenomenal- one of the best in the world. The spa and gym are well equipped for the size. Can’t wait to return!

Simply put, the Park Hyatt Milan is a phenomenal hotel. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. They bend over backwards to make sure that you have a pleasant stay. As for the food, I only had breakfast at the hotel over the three days that I was there and it was amazing. It was fresh and reflective of a number of the cultures who frequent this hotel. My room was amazing. It was a good size, modern in its presentation, and very comfortable. At the risk of stating the obvious, there is a certain level of luxury that you expect with a Park Hyatt and it did not disappoint. The location is also hard to beat. It sits right off of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. It is a short walk to the Duomo, near excellent shopping in the Galleria, and close to more amazing boutiques near Via Montenapoleone. For the luxury shopper, the location of this hotel is hard to beat. There are also countless good restaurants within walking distance. Keep in mind that it is not cheap. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I look forward to returning the next time that I am in Milan.
