For our family of four, we had to book two connecting rooms, i.e. there was no option for one room with two queen beds. The rooms were not actually connected but were across the hall from each other and at the end of the hallway, so it was somewhat private. This was fine for our teenagers but would not have been good for small children. We had a long, meandering walk from the elevators to our rooms, but we didn't mind. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and appeared newly renovated. We loved the modern decor of this hotel. Considering we had two rooms, the price was good. The hotel location was ideal, almost next to the Duomo and very close to excellent shopping. The breakfast buffet was excellent as was the service.

Visited Milan for work and stayed a couple of nights at the Rosa Grand. It's a well located hotel but you certainly pay for this. The layout of the hotel is a bit like a labyrinth, the winding corridor from the elevator to my room took time to navigate but the end result was good. The room was clean and functional, though a bit on the small side. Buffett breakfast was OK but nothing special.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights as part of a stopover in Milan. Overall we were very happy with our choice. The hotel is located right beside the Duomo and is very central. The rooms were a good size, well equipped and clean. The breakfast service was very good with lots of variety. We arrived late on our first night and ordered some pizza at the bar. There was a significant delay and we had to enquiry a number of times. We were given complimentary drinks while we waited. Food and drinks were expensive. We were disturbed on one night by guests in the next room and had to go directly to Reception to complain. The staff did address the problem with the other guests and gave us a discount on the cost of our stay as compensation. The incident did take away from our stay.

Within sight of the Duomo, but on the quiet side away from the crowds this excellent 4 star hotel must rank as THE place to stay in Milan. Rooms are modern, stylish and nicely furnished with quality bathrooms. Service is friendly and responsive. They claim that breakfast should be the best meal of the day, and indeed the buffet, with wonderful pastries and everything one could ask for supports that view. At the spacious bar your evening pre-dinner drink is accompanied by a stunning array of hot and cold hors d'oevres for no additional charge

A very good hotel, with excellent location in the very centre. Friendly staff, quality breakfast (special mention to the delicious, crispy bacon and large variety of other things). If possible, we always stay in this hotel when in Milan.
