Good location, but very crowded and not enough staff at the reception. Plan on waiting on line every time you need something. The rooms were nice and pretty big bathrooms for Italy. The room for breakfast was dark and not very nice, but the food was ok!

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Brilliant central hotel right next to Duomo. Walkable to all the main tourist sites and restaurants bars. Really nice breakfast and we were upgraded to an amazing room. For a city break, its a great choice

Key advantage of this hotel was its location; few minutes walk from duomo and shopping areas. Rooms were good-sized and staff super friendly. Only disappointment was the breakfast as it lacked a bit of variety; other than that; great hotel

This hotel says non smoking but we were checked into a smoking room (it had an ashtray in it). The rooms are great and location excellent but the service is appalling. The check in (late at night) resulted in an argument and clear lies being told to us about the rooms. No apology or follow up was ever made. The hotel does not seem to know what market it wants to attract - everyone it seems. Its not that cheap (we paid approx 300 Euros for Executive room). It has sporting teams (nothing wrong with that). Then they have appealed to the middle eastern market and have a prayer room (note my partner is muslim and couldn't understand the hotel either). There were lots of families with young children and some noise could be heard in the room. There is no attention to detail on small items - like a broken small toaster for breakfast for up to approx 100 people at any one time. So if you can put up with bad service then its a great location and the rooms are good (that i saw anyhow). The comment I made on checkout stands - the General Manager is not doing their job correctly.
