Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. A good selection for breakfast. Location is walking distance to most attractions and shopping areas, in particular the Milan Cathedral and Galleria. Staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Great hotel, and so central! We were able to walk in two minutes to the Duomo Square, and visit all the restaurants and shops in this central area. Lobby not great, but adequate. We had a great junior suite at the front, overlooking a small green park. Room amenities great! fridge, tv, sitting area, plenty of storage space. Restaurant food was good (breakfast). We had one meal in the restaurant (Sfizio - try saying that after a couple of drinks!), and it was great.

You can never go wrong with Rosa! My family and I always stay at it and the service is impeccable! The location of the hotel is excellent for shopping lovers and just to walk around. Everything is literally a 5-10min walk. Most of the rooms now are modernized which I love. Would definitely be coming back to it.

Superior rooms are large with great baths, all the usual amenities and plenty of storage. The standard rooms/baths are smaller but decent. Very knowledgeable, helpful staff, great bar and restaurant (though the service is friendly but slow). Terrific location, 1 minute from Duomo, 2 minutes from Galleria Victor Emanuelle II, 2.5 minutes from La Scala. Many museums and very old churches within 15 minutes walk. Great cafes/restaurants nearby.

The location of this hotel is excellent, and offers easy access to many of the major sights in the city. Check in was smooth, and although we arrived slightly prior to the indicated time, a room was available. While the first room that we were offered was quite small and on the dark side, the room we were moved to was larger and much brighter. It is a bit confusing to navigate the very long, winding hallways, and we were a bit put off by the stained, shabby carpets in the halls. The room itself was quite lovely, and the bathroom definitely adequate. Wi-fi is available throughout the hotel, but is quite slow in the room. At times, due to the very central location, there can be some noise from outside, from people, trucks, ,etc., but this is not terrible. We found the concierge services somewhat lacking. For example, they told a guest just ahead of us that Uber does not operate in Milan, when, in fact, we had just taken an Uber from the airport. They also gave us very minimal bits of information when we asked about anything. Be aware that if you opt to take a tram in Milan, the ticket that your purchase from a vendor must then be validated the minute you mount the tram. There is no English signage anywhere, and because we did not know this, we incurred a large fine despite the fact that we did purchase tickets.
