Disappointed and heartbroken at how far downhill it has gone.

We used to love the Pfister. We have been staying there for years and have never before been disappointed. We were there for my daughter's birthday, so I was heartbroken that this place that she loved her entire childhood, had gone so far downhill. They tried to charge me for the Lobby Lounge even though it was closed for a private event. I did not make my reservation online. I called and spoke to someone. They charged me an insane amount and never mentioned anything about the construction. The beds were smaller as was the room. The poor staff was overwhelmed and I really felt for them. It was not their fault, but service was terrible. I hope things get better. But I won't be back. I feel completely ripped off.

My favorite place to stay! The hotel is beautiful and immaculate. We enjoy the 23rd floor. Beds are very comfortable.

Mattress condition.

Very very poor condition of the mattress. Indentation when laying on it. Front desk was notified when we checked out and was going to let the Engineering Dept know. Empty water bottle under bed from previous guests.
