Great service from Kathryn at MKE Historical Society banquet.
The Milwaukee County Historical Society awards banquet was a lovely event with room for a silent auction, lobby area for cocktails a dining room for 500. The food was great, a flight of cream puffs for dessert. Kathryn was our excellent server.

Excellent overall. (Beds were a bit too soft and did not give good back support which I needed, but everything else was great), and the staff could not have been any friendlier or more helpful. It is a beautiful hotel with magnificent large conference/event rooms on the 7th floor.

Great accommodations.
Can't say enough about the hotel. Great staff, comfortable rooms and quiet. Great amenities and the view from the pool was very nice. Mason St. Grill was very tasty and things are within walking distance. Worth the price.

A jewel in the heart of Milwaukee
I was at the Pfister for a conference this week. I've stayed in a lot of hotels all over the world and I found this establishment to be the cream of the crop. From the moment we walked in the door, I was blown away by the hospitality and the beauty of the lobby (even with scaffolding and renovations in progress). The staff is amazing and the room and all conference rooms, lobby, restaurant and bar absolutely first rate. A real gem! Kudos to management and everyone on your team!

The very best
We stayed at the Pfister for my birthday. It was fantastic. It's such a beautiful place. We stayed in the old section and the room was very quiet and peaceful. The high tea was a lot of fun. I can't wait to stay again. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced!
