A jewel in the heart of Milwaukee
I was at the Pfister for a conference this week. I've stayed in a lot of hotels all over the world and I found this establishment to be the cream of the crop. From the moment we walked in the door, I was blown away by the hospitality and the beauty of the lobby (even with scaffolding and renovations in progress). The staff is amazing and the room and all conference rooms, lobby, restaurant and bar absolutely first rate. A real gem! Kudos to management and everyone on your team!

The very best
We stayed at the Pfister for my birthday. It was fantastic. It's such a beautiful place. We stayed in the old section and the room was very quiet and peaceful. The high tea was a lot of fun. I can't wait to stay again. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced!

Everyone was friendly, kind and super accomadating. I would highly recommend for any trip to downtown Milwaulkee.

A short business trip brought me to the area. The hotel location was perfect and a few minutes' walk to the shopping/eating area. My hotel room was bright and airy- overlooking Lake Michigan. What a magical sunrise! I cannot wait to come this summer to further explore the area!

Best in-city hotel
Beautiful pre-turn of the century hotel with wonderful 19th century paintings. Undergoing some refurbishment but little impact. Rooms really top rate. Staff were all courteous, aware and accommodating (tho I was a little nonplussed that they would only give is a 1/2 hr late checkout). Short walk to public market.
