The Inn itself is a lovely property. Great stonework, and an awesome fireplace in the lobby. I was very stoked when I checked in. Then I got to the room. The sloping roofline encroached on the room itself making it possible to lie in bed and touch the sloped ceiling. And the room size was not what I would call generous either. That said, the room was clean and functional. The check in staff was very friendly. The morning staff....not so much. Perhaps they were just busy??

This is such a beautiful spot, like going to someone's home. The Sunday brunch was great, the breakfast items, seafood table, the carving table with the best roast beef. It is really nice how you sit in different rooms. Even though there was over a hundred people there we were in a small room the overlooked the garden and was an intimate setting

I found the staff here to be very unfriendly and not at all helpful, Was booked in the Carriage House with two bags - no offer to help with bags, no warning that I had to lug them up stairs and through multiple doors. Paid for the breakfast option - no breakfast available at 6:30 when I went to the lounge and no apology or accommodation. Never saw a staff smile or offer their assistance. The grounds and buildings are lovely to look at and the bed quite comfortable, but don't rest on your laurels, Glenerin.

We were here for a wedding and had decided to stay for the night so we didn't need to drive after the festivities. We requested an early check in which was accomodated. They gave us a room that was away from the other rooms at the end of a hall which gave us quiet and privacy. The room had a quaint period look to it and a very comfortable bed. Our windows overlooked a park and creek so we had no street noise. There are some signs of maintenance needs, like missing grout in the shower. It was really nice to be able be in bed 5 minutes after we left the wedding party. WE booked via the inns own webiste. This hotel didn't offer a low price guarantee, which most quality inn offer these days. In the days prior to check in I found better deals on portal websites that had a lower price and breakfast included, which our reservation did not.. After a protest at checkin they offered to include our breakfast
