Tucked away in the Greater Toronto area of Ontario, Canada, The Glenerin Inn & The Spa was once a summer estate of a wealthy, Canadian lawyer, and despite her many roles throughout the years, the comfort of her guests has remained Glenerin Inn's primary goal. Lovingly restored in 1986, the inn is now a full-service hotel offering a piece of history along with peace of mind. The simple beauty of nature frames both the exterior and interior of the hotel; the lush foliage surrounding the stone path leading up to the inn boasts beautiful reds and browns in the fall, and verdant greens in the spring. Chic, modern accommodations include luxuriant oversized beds, and lavish, linen textiles. Relax in the spacious, elegantly appointed rooms and suites, each designed in neutral hues to foster feelings of relaxation and comfort. All rooms come complete with signature bath amenities, cable television, and complimentary internet access.

Have stayed at the Glenerin Inn and Spa 4 times now. The last two times we stayed in the Tower Room. Other than the 39 steps up to the room, the room is lovely, roomy and has character. We enjoy the restaurant at the Inn and always get great service from Jason and Ramir. The front desk with Naleenie and all the front desk staff are friendly and always very helpful. The Inn is in a great location and close to many other amenities.

Attended a bridal shower at Glenn Erin and was incredibly disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would. The spa was hosting over four events at once, leading to poor service and serious accessibility issues. Our group was not allowed to use the only handicap-accessible bathroom or the only restroom with a changing table, which is unacceptable and discriminatory. Parking was a mess, with all handicap spots full and no alternatives provided. The back parking lot was closed. We also weren’t allowed to use the main entrance, which meant no ramp access for wheelchairs or strollers, an obvious safety and accessibility concern. A venue that cannot accommodate basic needs or comply with accessibility standards should not be hosting events of this scale. I would not recommend this venue, especially for anyone requiring inclusive and respectful accommodations.

We had a great stay here and was our first time visiting the area. Rooms were renovated and modern. Service was prompt and we had no issues at all during our stay. We would recommend again and would consider on our next trip. We did not walk the trails but next time will certainly check it out.

Stayed at the Glen Erin in for a work meeting for one night, and it was absolutely fabulous. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful and bright. Meals were great and everything went as expected. Atmosphere is gorgeous.
