I booked this just to get away from the hotel chains for once. It turned out to be a mistake. This place is good for something but certainly not up to even the quality I would get at a comfort inn. No elevator, no bar, no desk in the room, no coffee maker & the list goes on. Oh and way too few plugs. Getting through this night and moving on tomorrow - have tequila, will travel.

We hosted our annual office Christmas Party at the Glen Erin Inn for the 3rd time and our event once again was a huge success. The buffet was delicious and our entire staff really enjoyed themselves. We had a band that came to set up earlier in the day and the whole process was seamless. We just showed up to enjoy ourselves and when the evening ended we stayed at the Inn which is so quaint and charming!! This property is definitely a hidden gem in Mississauga!

We booked with the Glenerin Inn for my son's wedding over 1 year ago. They didn't tell us until 1 month prior to the wedding that they had booked a second wedding for the morning. The Inn is not large, which made setup difficult when we tried to respect the other wedding party. Although we had a food tasting prior to the event, we all agreed that the food served at the reception was not the same quality we had previously chosen. The reception room is supposed to hold up to 140 guests (we had 120) but the room was incredibly crowded. We had family from England staying at the Inn for 2 nights, but even though I provided them with reservation confirmation numbers, the Inn could not find their reservations. Fortunately, they still had 2 rooms available but when our guests checked in, the counter staff was very rude and tried to overcharge them. The Inn also overcharged my credit card prior to the wedding date, charging for rooms that we hadn't even used. This was our Fourth child's wedding (using different venues for each wedding) and I would never recommend the Glenerin Inn to anyone due to the last minute difficulties we encountered.

My husband and I had our wedding at Glen Erin Inn and stayed that night in the Bridal Suite known as the Tower. The room was beautiful, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was a little warmer than we like, and the coffee maker was very confusing to use, but we would definitely return to stay a night at the Glen Erin Inn. We're already planning to come back for our first year anniversary. The building has a beautiful rustic atmosphere and combined with the fall colours our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful our wedding was. The staff was very helpful and well coordinated. They helped us with a power point presentation to be used in the front lobby, they gave us the freedom to set up how we liked, and continued to check in on anything we needed.

I booked a spa weekend with my daughter. The Inn failed to inform me that there was a wedding going on. We were not able to enjoy the facilities and were stuck in our room. This bonding time was wasted.
