I recently stayed at the Inn with my husband, Just walk through the front door and the character makes you feel you are in the Swiiss Alps. We had spa treatments by amazing spa personnel. We had lunch, overlooking the forest area and the staff were pleasant and made us feel like we were at home. We stayed overnight in a wonderful room that was cozy, and had an ambiance that was charming.. The history of this facility is incredible. The desk check in staff were most helpful. All meals were delicious. We will definitely be repeat customers.

We came for a lunch meeting. I have heard about this venue but never been to it in all my years in Mississauga. It is beautiful and quaint....an Inn and spa with meeting rooms. We were in one of the meeting rooms. We had drinks in another room outside of the meeting room, which was set up with coat racks and a bar. The actual meeting room was set up with tables for lunch and a podium on a stage at the front. We started with a salad which was simple but not overly dressed with a balsamic dressing. I had the risotto...but it was more dry, like a pilaf with vegetables. It was on the bland side but fine. They only offered a brownie topped cheesecake for dessert so I declined since I don’t eat dairy. They offered tea and coffee but I didn’t have any. The acoustics were good for hearing the speeches. The space was a little tight. The washrooms were out in the hallway.....small (2stalls in ladies room)....but clean. Parking was onsite and on the street and Free.

I booked this just to get away from the hotel chains for once. It turned out to be a mistake. This place is good for something but certainly not up to even the quality I would get at a comfort inn. No elevator, no bar, no desk in the room, no coffee maker & the list goes on. Oh and way too few plugs. Getting through this night and moving on tomorrow - have tequila, will travel.

We hosted our annual office Christmas Party at the Glen Erin Inn for the 3rd time and our event once again was a huge success. The buffet was delicious and our entire staff really enjoyed themselves. We had a band that came to set up earlier in the day and the whole process was seamless. We just showed up to enjoy ourselves and when the evening ended we stayed at the Inn which is so quaint and charming!! This property is definitely a hidden gem in Mississauga!

We booked with the Glenerin Inn for my son's wedding over 1 year ago. They didn't tell us until 1 month prior to the wedding that they had booked a second wedding for the morning. The Inn is not large, which made setup difficult when we tried to respect the other wedding party. Although we had a food tasting prior to the event, we all agreed that the food served at the reception was not the same quality we had previously chosen. The reception room is supposed to hold up to 140 guests (we had 120) but the room was incredibly crowded. We had family from England staying at the Inn for 2 nights, but even though I provided them with reservation confirmation numbers, the Inn could not find their reservations. Fortunately, they still had 2 rooms available but when our guests checked in, the counter staff was very rude and tried to overcharge them. The Inn also overcharged my credit card prior to the wedding date, charging for rooms that we hadn't even used. This was our Fourth child's wedding (using different venues for each wedding) and I would never recommend the Glenerin Inn to anyone due to the last minute difficulties we encountered.
