I have family in Tremblant and the Fairmont is our go to spot! We’ve stayed there several times and it never disappoints. Love that it’s dog friendly, the restaurant and coffee bar is amazing and the staff if top notch. We feel right at home there every time we stay. See you next time!

I had the worst experience of my life in this hotel. It was not clean and their service was below par. They are a trap for tourists who don’t know better because of their location. I had to check out early because i couldn’t take it any longer and they lied to my face about charges.

We were travelling from the UK on a road trip around Eastern Canada. This is a wonderful hotel, great customer service. We loved the location of the hotel near the bottom of the ski slopes. We had a great view from our window and loved the outdoor pool.We enjoyed fatuous cocktails and a great restaurant meal, one of the holidays' highlights. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing experience.

I checked into Fairmont Tremblant on February 17th and didn’t expect the music from the outdoor terrace to be so loud. It continued until very late after it turned dark. We were already very tired after the drive from Toronto, and the music certainly made it worse. I had read somewhere in a review that the music was bad, and now I believe it. Not only was the music loud, but it was also very ‘cheesy’. It felt like a place catering to college kids during spring break, yet there were only a few people. This raises questions about the decision-making process of the hotel management. Obviously, the demographic of people who come to Fairmont and can afford to stay here during ski season is not college kids, and we certainly do not appreciate loud music of any kind. We paid for the most expensive hotel in Tremblant, expecting a high-quality stay. Having thundering noise throughout the entire afternoon until after dark is not luxury; it’s the opposite. I hope the management reads this and puts an end to this madness.

First off, this is a prime location and amazing access to the hill. In talking about rooms, the rooms are quite dated, as is the hotel. I found the rooms not up to a Fairmont standard and was quite disappointing. The service of the staff was great, and the ski valet is great. BUT, they dropped two of my skis on unload of the car (another valet attendant hit my skis with the trolley), and the stickers they put on the skis do not come off easily and make a huge mess (to four sets of skis). Quite disappointed my ski edges were damaged, and had sticker residue all over the top sheet. Restaurants are of good quality and are highly recommended. For the indoor and outdoor pools, they are well kept and family friendly. Work out area is well kept and clean. Reception staff are great and willing to help out!
