Back for a 3rd visit...it's that amazing!

This was our 3rd visit to Quintessence. The first time in the fall of 2022, our second stay in January 2023 and we just returned from another fabulous experience at this stunning boutique hotel. The Vibe: Intimate - Luxurious - Upscale - Peaceful - When traveling we often choose smaller boutique hotels. They tend to be quieter, offer more personalized service and are always unique. Hotel “Q” was no exception and with only 30 suites, we often felt like we were the only 2 there. How incredible! The Property: Beautiful - Well cared for - Neutral aesthetic of stone and wood - There are so many areas inside and on the grounds to explore. We sat in front of a roaring fire in the lobby sipping on something hot from their hot chocolate station and wandered the gorgeous waterfront after a snow storm. It is the perfect base to explore the region and is only steps away from the busy Pedestrian Village. Our Room: Grand- Warm - Opulent - Welcoming - We chose to stay once again in one of the 2 Presidential Suites. We were certainly in heaven in our private hot tub on the balcony, warming up by 1 of the 3 fireplaces (one was outside), relaxing in our giant soaker tub with a view of the water, ordering room service so we could have breakfast overlooking Lac Tremblant and taking in the sunrises from our balcony. We never wanted to leave. Staff: Welcoming - Professional - Down to earth - Helpful - Every staff member we encountered was kind, with a positive attitude (so important to us) and super-friendly. We were asked when we checked in if we needed them to make any reservations for us, anything we requested was promptly delivered to our room, our car was heated and snow cleaned off when we needed it and we were greeted with a warm and sincere “hello” whenever we passed by one of their team members. I’m bilingual but my husband only speaks English and everyone on staff was able to communicate in both English and French. Spa: Relaxing - Clean - Knowledgeable staff - We absolutely loved our 90 minute massages! I have to say, the waiting room overlooking the infinity hot tub and pool is dreamy! Make sure you have a soak before you head back to your room. Restaurant: Cozy - Gourmet - 5 star dining - We dined in the wine bar this time instead of the restaurant. We were lucky enough to get a seat right in front of the incredible stone fireplace. The Red Snapper was delicious as was my husband’s Beef Filet. Both cooked to perfection. I think I might have mentioned this in a previous review but a must order to finish your meal is the Dark Chocolate Lava Cake!! We might have gone back a second night to have it again! Attention to detail: Definitely a 10+ - There were chocolates and wine in the room when we arrived. Water and treats were delivered each night. The Egyptian cotton sheets on your King sized bed were divine. That balcony overlooking the water was perfection, as were the sunrises. Bathroom amenities were luxurious. The staff knows you by name after the first day. The fireplace was restocked every morning. The list goes on and on. Merci encore une fois Hotel “Q”. We will definitely be seeing you again soon.Back for a 3rd visit…it’s that amazing!
