Although our room needed a tad renovation(the wall paper was coming unglued) the room was great! The customer service is impeccable and the property too. I think all the rooms have a view of the lake, ours did and it was very relaxing. Relaxed in the hot tub and had a massage...life was good!

I have been to this hotel a few times over the years . Every time has been a great experience . All the rooms are suites facing the lake with wood burning fire places and a deck. The service is excellent the food is excellent and the whole feeling when you are there is relaxed and special.

This hotel is amazing. The service is second to none and they have taken away all of the hassles of skiing - rent right from the hotel, get a lift to the village, no lines for rentals and the ski valet is great. The service at the hotel is outstanding as well. It was wonderful to relax in the outdoor spa after a ski day, and take a sauna as well. The bath aromatherapy in the rooms was a nice touch. Call the guest services and someone shows up at your room door within minutes to build you a beautiful fire. All in all, if you want to spoil yourself, this is the place!!

Gorgeous hotel full of amazing details (heated flooring in the bathroom, a fireplace in the room, beautiful view of the lake, even heated cups for the coffee). Across the street from town and in walking distance from the slopes. A lovely high end experience.

Second time back, love everything about this place! Huge rooms, great bathrooms, working fireplaces, wonderful bed, great furniture, etc. The staff is the best, always friendly and very helpful with all ski gear and trips in the Hotel car to restaurants and the slopes, etc. THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP GUYS!! And it may sound like a little thing, but love the SHOWER POWER!! Great hot water that just blasts out of the nozzle and rain shower head. And whenever you tell people on the ski lift you are staying here, they say "that is the nicest place in Tremblant" and they are right. Hope to come back next year.
